If you don't hear anything when you push the switch, and you've eliminated all other electrical possibilities, it's time to open it up and look in there. If everything looks to be where it's supposed to in there, and you're getting voltage at the motor, it's probably just the motor. If you see cables tangled up or the window loose, then it's probably the regulator.
