@@btsjk1765 Yes!! I did and I still follow. I eat 3 meals per day (breakfast, healthy snack and then dinner). I eat them regullary (3 hours between meals). I also do not eat fastfood or sweets. When weekend is coming I usually do a cheat-day and I eat sth unhealthy😅 I also run everyday and I think positive hahah, good luck❤️
My report of results: - Started this workout. Three weeks I noticed my hips much smaller! someoone even mentioned I looked thinner. I thought it had to be a coincidence, got lazy and stopped. - 4 weeks later: my hips were out and bigger again! agh! - Re-started the workout and at two weeks I saw the results. I am sticking to this routine!!!! IT WORKS! Thank you Nina! 😊
@@Gabriella-yb1vv this isn't a very scientific answer but I'll tell my experience. I think it depends on the amount of time. for ex: i first did this workout for 10-12 days and then after seeing the results i stopped. then, my hips were out again. I started the workout again and did it consistently for about more than a month and now that i have stopped i don't see any changes back to the way they were before. so i think it depends on the consistency. i would recomend doing it for 2-3 months atleast for permanent results.

I've been working on strengthening my hips and outer thighs as part of physical therapy, and this routine is low impact and hits the muscle groups I'm focusing on! So many workouts for lower body are centered on the gluteus maximus, and this one fits the bill for targeting my ignored gluteus medius. The flow is great, and I feel the burn. Omg, your workouts work so well!! i did 1 session of random workout from legs playlist per day and my hips slimmed down on 1 cm in 4 days! I think that is a great start! And i eat everything i usually eat, even chips, and i still lost that cm. Wow!
I have been doing this routine for a year and it is SUPER / VERY effective In 1 month my fat legs and thighs lost a lot of weight, I followed it for 2 months without procrastinating and I achieved the legs of my dreams. It also not only focuses on the legs but also on the buttocks.
@@ginevrapozzolini4338 My routine was simple and I tried to adapt it as best as possible to my style of life. I did it 6 or 5 days a week 1 time a day. I ate SUPER healthy and walked a lot, but try not to be sedentary. I recommend that you lower the sodium and sugar in your meals and have a lot of patience since losing weight in the legs takes time

I did this workout for 2 weeks straight and now I mix and match with Nina’s 17 min slim legs workout. At the beginning it was really hard but got easier and I am happy with the results. I lost 3.5 cm in such a short time and it also slimmed my tighs so I highly reccommend. Thanks Nina

I eat healthy but cheat once a week I hate cardio so did not do at all and I combined this video sometimes with 10 mins yoga sometimes with 7-8 minutes leg exercices ( i did april han’s and nina’s standing leg workout lasting 7 minutes) but basically never spent more than 20-25 mins per day including stretching. I stretched my lower body everyday after exercices I think it is very important. By the way I have a desk job so I am unfortunately not very active in the day. Because now I am closer to my target, from this week I started to do this exercise 3 times a week and other days I do Nina’s 17 min slim tighs workout again combining it with another 7-8 min leg/hip workout

I've lost an inch of my hips during the during the 4 months I've been doing this workout. I feel like I could have lost more but after a while I gained the mentality of "let's just get this over with" and didn't try very hard and push myself but now I'm pushing myself again.

I've lost an inch of my hips during the during the 4 months I've been doing this workout. I feel like I could have lost more but after a while I gained the mentality of "let's just get this over with" and didn't try very hard and push myself but now I'm pushing myself again.
