Soy Curl crumbles do work great for anything that you'd use TVP for (taco crumbles, stuffed peppers, faux sausage, meatloaf, etc.). When I got the big box I sorted them into long, med, small, & crumbles before storing in the freezer. Your marinade is similar to my fajita marinade and now I'm craving fajitas! Great to hear you got vaccinated and got through the side effects okay. I'm 4 days out from my second dose and just now not feeling extra tired. But so, so, so worth it! Be well. :)
I just started rinsing my butler soy curls and it makes a difference. It makes it more neutral tasting and gets rid of the dust. I make a batch of soy curls and eat off them for a week's worth of taco lunches. So good, so quick and easy, and pretty healthy! I use crunchy tacos. Less calories and gluten-free!
I made the carne asada soy curls yesterday and they were SO GOOD. This morning used some leftovers to make "steak & egg" breakfast tacos with some Just Egg 🔥🔥🔥

I've recently tried and fell in love with the alani nu brand. My anxiety, maybe not so much haha. Buts there energy drinks and pre work outs are soo delicious. The energy drinks are sugar free so it convinces my mind its not so bad lmao

Their minimum order is $100, so maybe you can get together with some other vegan friends and co-op an order. they sell Just Egg in a case of 15-2pound bags, or the folded Just Egg in 120 pieces per case. Check them out. Hopefully this is something you and other vegan friends can take advantage of!
I had a terrible fever after my second moderna shot for like 15 hours and then I was fine the next day, had the rash on my arm for like 2 days and it hurt to touch but it was a very small area compared another person who showed me theirs. I've been fine since.
Not sure if you already do, but I recommend freezing your dry Soy Curls if you have a lot to store long term. I never thought they’d go bad until they did...the oils turn so rancid and gross.

The barilla chickpea pasta has the most disgusting texture ever.... I tried it, had some high expectations and was sooooo disappointed. Personally I like red lentil pasta better because the texture is nice

They need containers with like 4x the amount of just egg so we don’t use so much plastic! Even if it was like $20 would be worth it
i think the issue might be it expiring too quickly :( personally i prefer the folded version for this reason
