  • This may seem like its going to be so easy and simple, but let me tell you - its HARD! Quick doesn't always mean easy! It's surprisingly harder than it looks and you may want to drop you arms before the end but you can do it!! Go as long as you can with holding your arms up :) You don't need equipment to get stronger.
    I love doing this arm workout when I just want a quick little burn or I also love adding it to the end of a different workout just for a burnout sesh. I hope you love it!
