The next route in line for the Vectis High Frequency upgrades is the 6. The route has had it's frequencies doubled to every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on sundays, with additional buses during weekday peak times for 12 minute headways. The 6 is also the start of a new branding style, where major routes are given names, in this case the 6 is now called the CoastLine 6. As part of the upgrades, South Coast Busways purchase a fleet of 10.9m Enviro400MMCs in a branded version of the Southern Vectis Morse livery with a blue rear section and route branding.

For the Route 6, perhaps consider a 30 minute all stops service, with a 30 minute fast service that omits the lesser used stops.
