I have been lucky enough to be part of some truly extraordinary teams! Teams I have seen as family. Teams where we could be ourselves and share what was really on our minds.

I have also come to learn that some people see statements like that as red flags... But to me teams like that is essential, and something that I hope for everyone to experience. BUT they don't come for free, teams like that require us to treat it with respect and to make sure people don't burn out! We have to make sure the fabled work-life balance is in fact a thing we take seriously!

Great content Carsten! I hoped you would have some recommendation/suggestion for the facilitation/coaching training.

Depends on what type of training you’re after :-). On the coaching part a good thing to look for is ICF credited training. I liked the programs from Solution Surfers Denmark quite a lot.
On facilitation in general a Liberating Structures workshop from the Liberators is awesome!
