Laughter helps create even the smallest common ground. I’ve not tried this during a session, but I do at time to conclude a session - observing it to help reduce tension at times

I almost every time start out with a joke.. Just to ease the tension :).
And then also to send people on their merry way with a joke :).

Using humour/jokes in professional setting is something that has been real for me but without being conscious about it.
For some months now, made a decision not to be afraid to use it in a more systematic way. Great experience. Outcomes seem to be beneficial in my experiences (from my perspective). So I really appreciated you producing this video.
