@BassGeek I caught a 5.5 pound large mouth on it at midnight the first time I tried it out. Black and blue Fattyz with a rattle in the tail. Thanks for the video
my go to wobble head plastic is a 10-14 inch worm. I actually fish it year round and catch em contrary to popular opinion it will produce fish all year.. I've ripped the lips off some absolute gorillas in the winter deep deep down
Hey bud love the video I've got some of the wobble heads but the hook on the one's I've got can't be changed out my Question for you sir is can I still use a soft plastic jerk bait example like a fluke with the wobble heads that I've got.
Great video, been throwing a wobble head the last month, have got some good fish lately, been using a Zman Mag Fatty 8" worm and a yesterday started throwing the Big Bite Baits 10" Kriet Tail worm and it paid off with a 4.2 largemouth
Hey big guy. Love to see the family in the video. Best of times. I use the SK version, the Jointed Structure Head, and it catches fish. Thanks for the video Hank. 🤘😎🎣
Hey Hank, I grabbed some wobble heads with a bunch of other stuff just cuz it was a good sale at bass pro quite a while back. Didn’t really know what I was gonna use them for till now!!! Thanks for the great tips as always 👊
Hank, I bought some of these awhile back. I have only used them a couple of times. I put a Zoom Z craw on it. I haven't caught anything on it yet, but you have inspired me!! Great video!
Wobble head is always tired on in the summer. I love a 1/2 or 3/4 oz head on ledges with a zoom z craw on the back. It's definitely a great way to catch bigs.
My bite rate has slowed down a bit, using Texas rigs all summer. Might have to switch it up and do some wobble head fishing. Thanks Brother, and as always, ayou rock too 👍🏻
NO WAY! Let's look at the summer. During the day it's HOT. Hottest part of the day is around that 3-5pm. Bass are cold blooded so around the noon the bass begin to slow down. Since the water temps cool at night right before sun rise the water is at it's coolest. So first thing in the morning they are at their MOST active. Because they are at a body temp that they are more comfortable at.
Great video. I had really good luck the other day fishing a Producer Pintail on a wobble head. That was exactly what you meant by thinking outside the box. Never tried it before but will be using it from now on
Great video, Hank!!!👊🏻 Was out yesterday and my friend was using the Carolina Rig & I didn't have one rigged up so I tried a wobble head. I'm not real good on how to fish it but these tips sure helped out. I was using a brush hog. Have to get some of those wobble heads!!! Nice to see you had the family onboard and Rebecca caught her first largemouth!!!🐟 Stay Safe & God Bless!!!
#100percentwatchsquad is here! I put a narrower weight on my wobble heads since we have shallow water with tons of thick hydrilla. The Mustad Fastach worm weight works good for that, as does the Crusher Lures Cover Cruiser one. Right now, I'm using big BIG worms on them, like Zoom Magnum Ol' Monsters and Mann's Jelly worms. I've been catching some nice fish running that head parallel to pockets along flooded brush and pulling those fish out from cover.
Awesome video, great info. Is being lieing if I’ve said I’ve done much bass fishing this year. Really got into UL multi species. Still love the videos and knowledge though.
That sucks y’all got caught in the ran outta gas! Been there before🤦♂️. Great video with amazing tips, I’ve been thinking about using the wobble head this year and I feel confident with the tips you gave that I can do this. Thanks again for another great vid!
I agree with you 100 percent! But I do better at night with that wobble head! Throw it out there retrieve it like a crankbait let it bump the the bottom & trust me you gonna feel that bite!
Man, fishing pound in summer can be a tough day lol. I do love a wobble head though, strike king structure bug is my go to as well!
Great baits
I'm going to try it with a Zman Fattyz. I imagine it'll float and bob around really nice.
Really nice.
@BassGeek I caught a 5.5 pound large mouth on it at midnight the first time I tried it out. Black and blue Fattyz with a rattle in the tail.
Thanks for the video
Have a couple wobble heads but I have yet to throw one. Maybe I will give it a shot soon.
What TW. Man right now is prime time.
my go to wobble head plastic is a 10-14 inch worm. I actually fish it year round and catch em contrary to popular opinion it will produce fish all year.. I've ripped the lips off some absolute gorillas in the winter deep deep down
Heck yeah!

yeah as long as the hook fits sure thing.
Well! I can’t get that jaw dropper to work. Caught some fighting wipers. But no action.
What are you using on it?
@@BassGeek spinning real , Chad impact by Keitech, 20lb braid 10lb leader.
Cool video 😎
Thanks very much
Awesome video love the wobble head I love the kitech crazy flapper
I love the Kitech myself.
Hay geek milt here I checked out the water wood baits I liked them but they were above my pay grade darn milt
Yeah they are pricey. They are also super durable and have a killer action
Great timing! I just won a tournament using a 3/8 oz wobble head with swimbaits on points. Love them!
HECK YEAH CONGRATS!!!!
Hey bass geek little late but have you seen the new Rocco square bill that rapala came out with ott defoe ? What’s your opinion
I haven't gotten to look at it just yet.
How’s the hakai doing
Great I have it on my jerkbait rod and it is a rocket
Where’s the link?
There are links to the lure in the description
Just bought some of those heads recently for that exact reason. Easy to change out the hooks for whatever purpose, or get a sharper hook, etc.
Yeah they are easy and make matching the hook to the bait simple.
Definitely going to throw a couple in my tackle bag. Thanks Hank
They are worth it
Great video, been throwing a wobble head the last month, have got some good fish lately, been using a Zman Mag Fatty 8" worm and a yesterday started throwing the Big Bite Baits 10" Kriet Tail worm and it paid off with a 4.2 largemouth
Most underated worm on the market the Kriet Tail.

No Justice, you and ur daddy rock !!! Thanks Hank great tips as always brother 🤘🎣💙
Thanks!
I haven't caught anything on one yet, but I do like them. Although, we've caught less fish this year.
It been tough. Lots more pressure.
You think fishing early in the morning when the sun comes up is overated. I've heard from other anglers it's overated

@@BassGeek nice we went out this morning. No luck :(
@@BassGeek you have any luck catching bass after a heavy storm? I'm a Louisiana man and always have trouble post storm.
Never tried a wobble head . Guess I’ll be picking some up !!
Thanks! Yeah they are sweet and do it all.
@@BassGeek so many baits , so little money
Hey
Hey hey
Great video. I had really good luck the other day fishing a Producer Pintail on a wobble head. That was exactly what you meant by thinking outside the box. Never tried it before but will be using it from now on
Ohhhhhh man that’s genius!!!!
I need to try the wobble head.
Man it’s like a jig Texas rig and Carolina rig had a threesome and this is the baby. Hahahahahha
I like the wobble head with a zoom zcraw
Great combo
Have some but I never used them. Now I will!
Good you be happy

Hey great story to laugh at later.
I’m going to get wobble heads!
They do it all
Z craw, rage tail space monkey, rage menace grub, 6th sense ridge worm are my go-tos. Caught 23 in 1:45 on it this spring during the spawn. 😎
Space monkey is awesome on it. Hell yeah!
What wobble head do you use? And size hook?
That’s the Strike King football swing head 3/4 oz hook depends on the bait Im putting on it
@@BassGeek thank you!
I agree with you 100 percent! But I do better at night with that wobble head! Throw it out there retrieve it like a crankbait let it bump the the bottom & trust me you gonna feel that bite!
