Trafic Vivaro Primastar Flashing Fuel Gauge Nightmare Part 3. What happens when I connect the new fuel sender to the van?

Final part where i drop the fuel tank and replace the sender coming up soon. Just need to do another 100 miles and we should be good to go.

I think im having same problem, when i filled the tank full fuel it shows more than half and when the tank low fuel it shows one point,
So i think mine is working but not accurate or i don't know what exactly the problem, do u have any suggestion

Would you happen to know if the fuel pump is a 2 port or 3 port? Thanks

Not sure as that job was done several years ago.

Also how did you remove the pump with the tank not romoved??

what i needed to know is WITCH WAY IS THE FLOAT IN THE TANK

The plug and pipes face towards the cab. Cant remember which direction the float faces, so check ebay for a pic of one then you can work it out. 👍
