I’ve done this when the beef isn’t completely thawed and thought I was crazy. Seeing someone else doing it with a completely frozen block of beef validates my method I guess 😂

I absolutely love all your Meat - I had to stop my box for awhile - due to prices going up daily ( NOT YALL )
I wish i could order some things i truly want like the bacon , Chicken breasts are amazing - my cornbeef was BEST i cooked in my 56yrs -
I told my husband I want to get yalls box again - as meat at the store - JUST DOESNT EVEN COME close to the amazing flavor in everything we got -
The easy Pulled pork - Huge Pork roast - Beef roasts - Fila migno , Chicken thighs skinless , boneless , 16oz whole pounds of ground beef & Pork - I got the Smoked salmon yall had a few months ago yummy -
Hambuger patties - i always ordered extra ! I wish Yall could let us buy items not just whole box - during these very hard times - Id still place a order every month .

@@wherethereslifethereshope9858 yes- I am ! Very very proud to say YES IM APRILS MOTHER WHO raised her to be the beautiful , fun loving young lady she was and faught for JUSTICE TO MAKE SURE THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER SUDDEN DEATH WERE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
I went up against the TEXAS MEDICAL REVIEW BOARD ME & MY HUSBAND it took 3 years but those that took her life ! Lost their license's .
I will never be the same b4 we lost her - but i do things in her memory daily to keep her alive ....her bedroom is the same as the day she left ..
Who am i speaking to please ?

hmmmm how would this be unsafe. this seems like it gets it out of the danger zone faster than leaving it in a chunk.
