Hi Greg, great shots as usual. I just got some manual lenses for my Nikon rigs and they beat out the Nikon lenses in some respects. Particularly the Tamron SP 70-210mm model 52A is built like a tank, uses the Adaptall 2 mount system and has BBAR coatings. By the way, have you contacted TT about the lens problem, perhaps they will warranty for you. Keep up the good work, always a pleasure to view.
Hi Greg, interesting video and great comparing of these lenses. Wouldn’t an 80 on a medium format be roughly the equivalent of a standard lens on 35mm camera? With the 100mm soap bubble bokeh lens why not just adjust the lens adaptor? Surely that would be an easy fix for the problem. I did and it only took me a minute or so to do. Keep on doing great work. I look forward to seeing your next video.
It was an option, but then all my other M42's would be out of whack. I often go out with three at a time, so adjusting all day long would be a pain. And yes, 100mm on GFX is 80mm, while 50mm on APSC is 75mm. So both close to portrait happiness.

Thanks. I haven't bothered with TT yet. I rarely use the 35mm as I'm not a nifty fifty sort of shooter, so it hasn't really bothered me.
