I absolutely agree with Eric that my enjoyment of restaurants has dropped to the basement because I can turn out meals that exceed most of the reasonably-priced restaurants in my area.
Beautiful salmon and Q-Nami are a match made in heaven. I finally got a Classic 2, Joetisserie, DoeJoe and cast iron griddle this week thanks to my wonderful bride. Soapstone is next. Bring on the parties!

This is the KJ Classic II. This model is one of my favorite in the lineup and probably gets the most use in my back yard year round. That being said, it’s nice to have the big joe for when you need the extra grillestate
