Dropping Fresh cut bait in the Honey Hole, Hydro dam fishing

Dropping fresh cut bait below the dam in august when it is extremely hot out, but with a bunch of rain the just came through it helped cool off the water and raise the water a little improving the bite and this evening did not disappoint.
