    Today's practice is a deeply peaceful savasana with props to release and relax your entire body while being led through a guided body scan to release all tension. Taking a longer, supported savasana with meditation can help your body settle into heal and restore (parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest) - allowing your body the time and mindful relaxation it needs to reset and recover. Enjoy!

      Yes! Thank you! I completely agree and actually, my teacher once said you should do Savasana for 20 minutes EVERY day. I agree - Peace, Aprille

      Savasana is accessible to everyone but you might need to use props such as a rolled blanket or towel to support your neck. Use whatever you need to feel supported.
