I have so been there too. Acne is so painful in so many ways and people don’t realize how much it can affect your life. It made me have social anxiety and panic attacks. I didn’t want to leave the house or do anything. ❤❤❤
Thank you, thank you so much. My acne has been the sole reason why I sometimes don't even want to go in the bathroom because i'd have to look in the mirror and look at something I am not happy with... But the thought of me becoming a better person because of the struggle is a nice way of thinking of it, makes me have hope that things do get better with time. Thank you, so much.
I don't relate the same way, I also have body issues, but I wanna say, people with acne, I genuinely think it looks beautiful. I don't know anyone else who thinks this way, but I genuinely think it looks pretty. It looks so imperfectly gorgeous on people. I think when someone has pimples, it adds to their beauty. I haven't seen myself falling (looks-wise) for someone without pimples.
My heart absolutely crushes when I see someone is struggling with acne, at one point in my life acne took over my life. For me my acne got way better over the past couple of years. I still have acne and acne scars. Anyone out there with acne or struggling just know that you're always beautiful no one was born ugly it's just the standards that society made for no reason.

After taking accutane twice for 6 months, it always came back after about a year. And then i had kidney and liver problems. Antibiotics and vitamins (zinc, A, C) helped fir only a month. I stopped putting ointments after my teenage years because as an adult I'm not gonna look like a foul every night next to my girlfriend and the problem is from the inside. I tried all types of diets, vegan, etc, but only keto diet helped, and it only took 2 weeks, so after 15 years of severe acne and nothing helped, eating 1 garlic in the morning on empty stomach, keto, water with lemon a day, and that's it, i'm finally healed, and i can even eat dairy sometimes or drink beer.
So true. The best thing to do is to visit a dermatologist who either sudgests products or will prescribe products thag are made for extreme acne and aren't available over the counter like other skincare products.
I had terrible acne and the scars it left, but yes, it does get better. You will become more valuable for who you are and not how you look. I cannot stress how important that is in a world full of shallowness. It makes you appreciate the essence of things and people.

Because no one made the time to just sit and listen, but this video is so, so heartfull, beautiful, kind and precious. Thank you 🙏❤️

@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 wow I'm so sorry for that, I remember when I was 17 I took accutane for like a week and the side effects scared me so much that I threw the pills away... honestly it is highly possible for you to heal your gut, try eating more whole foods and stay away from processed foods and refined sugar for a while and also take alot of probiotics like kefir water, sourkrout and yoghurt. to make it easier on your digestive system you can soak your grains overnight for easier digestion, things like oats or brown rice and beans....

I am 44 & I had acne from ages 12 - 42. Been to countless doctors & dermatologists. In my 30's I started asking for food allergy & hormonal testing. I was constantly denied the testing because they could "guarantee it is not hormonal or a food allergy." When I turned 40, I once again asked for testing because I WANT TO FIND OUT WHY I have this & get rid of it!!! I was once again denied, so I really started researching for myself. One thing I found was that a wheat allergy can cause acne. It makes me really bloated when I eat it, so I thought, maybe?? Quit eating wheat & I haven't had acne for 2 years now. My skin didn't even look this clear while they had me on antibiotics & creams 🙄
I’m so glad you listened to the signs your body was telling you! So often doctors focus on treating the symptoms rather than finding and treating the cause of the symptoms. Sometimes the cause of symptoms can be treated in the simplest way.
I just got chills when you said that this is developing you into the person you’re going to become because it is so true I found light in the darkness that is for sure but I don’t think you can really see it when you’re still in the darkness, I pray she finds a solution for this❤
I had severe acne for the past 3 years, but with consistent treatment, I got better. I still have some scars, but I have noticed a lot of improvement, which has also boosted my self-esteem. Acne can change your life a lot, but one day it will definitely get better. Don't lose hope and believe in yourself.❤
This was me after a perfume bottle exploded on my face. I got a really bad acne during the healing. i was hopless as nothing seemed to be working. If mine cleared, your's can clear too
I have gotten so tired of my mom telling me to just wash my face, that she never had acne, that sunscreen gives me acne, that moisturiser gives me acne, that food gives me acne. She used to put baby oil on her face to tan, and 'never had acne'. She doesn't understand. I have had cystic acne for almost 8 years. Deep, huge, inflamed acne that leaves purple marks for weeks if not longer. I finally started Acutane. So glad that I might be able to move past acne like this.
I'm 31 years old and I've been struggling with acne since I was 22. I hate my skin and I mean it quite honestly. For the last two years my face was completely clear and suddenly... the acne came back. My diet is perfect, I exercise, drink gallons of water, wash my makeup brushes after each use, change my pillowcases every day, and have been using tretinoin for the last four years. Will it ever go away? I am devastated and after all these years I cannot accept that acne does not go away.
take a look in your makeup products, I avoided using every skincare or makeup product only sunscreen free oil and I was naturally getting rid of acne. Usually our skin just need a rest from these products. Even non comodogenic products might irritate skin (for those sensitive). Anyways, my advice may only work for some people because acne is very complex but you will be finding what is affecting your acne and you'll be able to control it naturally. Anxiety, stress, depression, all those emotions which stress our body increase also the risk of acne
That’s not reality. Acne will significantly harm people’s perceptions of you, and you will be given looks of disgust. It’s simply an unattractive trait because people with acne produce sebum and oils on their face equivalent to our Neanderthal ancestors, as it served the purpose of moisturizing and hydrating their hair on their faces. Now it’s useless since we’re not hairy anymore and it creates acne instead. Acne means you have deevolved genetics, which makes people with acne less likely to have sex, find partners who are attracted to them and reproduce with them. Due to this, acne will eventually disappear as evolution wipes out people with the acne genetics out. It’s just nature, and nature is cruel. Those with good genetics will keep reproducing in this world. There’s a reason people are so disgusted by acne. This is coming from someone with severe cystic acne.
Someone i knew had such bad acne. They delt with it for years! Then she went to a dermatologist. They tried a lot of things to help but nothing! Then she started accutane and it changed her life! She would have lots of scaring if it weren't for that!! ❤ thank you 👍❤❤ (i had very bad acne but not as bad as her) ❤❤
My acne was SO so bad and so painful. It's not completely gone even as an adult but I went on accutane as a teenager which was my literal saviour. Acne ruined my self esteem for life
I'm going through severe acne for the past 3 years. The frustration, embarrassment, tears, losing all hope... I used to be someone who loved going out and hang out with friends. Acne completely changed me. I started avoiding everyone and stayed home as much as I can. I always use mask to hide my acne
Oh my God, you are so kind. I have never seen your videos before but you are one of the sweetest people I have ever seen. Thank you. I have horrible acne and I am so insecure about it. Thank you ❤
My skin looked like hers. I tried literally EVERYTHING. The only thing that finally worked was Accutane. A whole year of treatment with horrible side effects..but gratefully it completely cleared my skin.
I used to have super clear skin, then when I was about 16 I started breaking out a good bit. It made me think back on the years I had before with perfectly clear skin, and how I had no idea, how grateful I should have been. I just turned 18 and about 4 months ago I went to a dermatologist, they prescribed me tretinoin cream, and my skin finally cleared up. Every day I look in the mirror now I’m so happy and grateful.
Aww sweet girl, I had acne when I was younger just like you but now looking back it made me even more of a stronger person! I am such a beautiful lady now. You are already so beautiful but if you have God in your life he will make you even more beautiful from what I have experienced! ❤
Girl, it gets better. Hold on. Been there, done that and yes, acne made me a more humble person. It made me feel nothing is permanent: neither your beauty nor your acne.
I remember being the first kid at school having acne. Everyone would make fun of me calling me ugly. All the girls in the class would call me the ugliest guy they've ever seen. I did everything to stop it, I tried all sorts of therapies. It eventually left. Now in high school, I'm the only one without acne. All these kids that made fun of me now have it, I know I won't do the same mistakes that they all did to me. One thing that everyone with acne should know is that nobody actually has or will have clear skin after acne. Some people like me have scars from their acne, some have freckles, moles ect. And that's the beauty of being a human.❤❤❤
I had acne back in time and seriously it was horrible... But my mother did a lot for me.. she use to do some home remedies for me. But thankfully I found the best product for my skin and it was first product I used on my skin. The product was from Bombay shaving company and I am so thankful to them. And nope it doesn't made me weaker. It made me braver and that's why I started doing skin care so I can see myself and compare old me.
I haven’t had acne yet but when I do I really hope it’s not bad and I feel so bad for the girls and boys that have to go through it! I hope everyone will all get the glow up they deserve and will have amazing skin for the rest of their lives! 💗💗💗
This is why I took my teen to the dermatologist when he started getting acne that wasn’t clearing up with basic skincare. His required antibiotics and 3 separate creams for the different types he had and to help reduce scarring. It gave him such a confidence boost when it started working. Go see a derm 💜
As someone who has suffered with acne for years and felt ao insecure even though its not bad and actually starting to love my skin now i do sympathise with her and wish her the best 😊
It does. My acne wasn't so severe but I definitely dealt with cystic acne in my late teen early 20s. I remember trying to hide it with makeup but it would just look worse. I tried so many over the counter products that it just made my acne worse. I just decided to stick to one and it eventually went away. But it pains me to see ppl struggling with acne. My brother had it really bad.
I swear if acne didn’t exist so many peoples lives would change

I have so been there too. Acne is so painful in so many ways and people don’t realize how much it can affect your life. It made me have social anxiety and panic attacks. I didn’t want to leave the house or do anything. ❤❤❤
😢😢
Especially when you're young and first start dating
I'm so sorry for everyone who suffern this shit. It's like fighting against emotional break down, social stigma and pain. No one deserve that.
That's true. Beauty developed on the inside makes it a purposeful experience
I disagree with you everyone's not born beautiful
@@PerryNight-gc3fp It's you're opinion not mine. Can I ask you a question, are you ugly?
@@PerryNight-gc3fpI agree some people let's just say are born less beautiful ( RESPECTFULLY IM NOT TRYING TO OFFEND ANYONE UA-cam )
I actually started tearing up when she said that..
I’m glad there are still good ppl in the world like this
Got acne at 11, only kid with it in 5th grade. It is so sad because i will builied for it
It is okay ur perfect just the way u are ...💜💞 and fight back to ur bullies stay strong love ❤
Me too
Oh girl it gets better. Something I did to try and help when my face flared like this was tretanoin and liquid collagen internally… and not touching my face with my hands at all as hands carry so much bacteria 🦠 it’s hard I’m praying for god to see you through this. Chin up buttercup. You’re beautiful just the way you are! Xoxo ❤
It's so hard to get tret in the uk.
That or little girl! This just broke my heart 💔 Thank you for your kind words for this little girl. You're an angel ❤
I currently have bad acne and I’m very self conscious of it. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online and got recommended to by doctors, but nothing has worked.
I’m still hopeful and I really needed to hear your words today. Thank you.❤️
what have you tried?
I know acne is among one of those things you wouldn't want but trust me it tells what type of people you are surrounded with. Its very sad to see how people treats you just based on your look but you grow to be more slefconfident through this 😊😊
I had a friend comeover once and they told me “You should wash your face you have a bunch of bumps on it! Maybe u should actually try to take care of acne” I’ve been trying for a year with dermatology products to get rid of it and I’m always getting bullied for it. They make fun of my head shape what I look like and my forehead acne I’m sick of this ! 😔
Girl I feel you I’m young and everyone at school has clear skin so I stand out but I’ve only had a couple people insult my face but I’m really sorry that it happens to you a lot hope it gets better (when you said your forehead acne did you mean you only have acne on your forehead if so you’re lucky bc my whole face is covered )
And when people call it disgusting it really hurts 😢😢
This Is making me cry. I have acne and everyday I wish it would go away but this brightens up my day
Ouch, this brings back memories man, no beautiful person like herself deserves to suffer. Shes absolutely beautiful the way she is
This guy is doing great things for people. He turned his struggle into a way to help
People. Everyone should take note and try to emulate in their own way.
So sad. know the feeling. Tough to deal with
You're so sweet. I love how caring you are to her.
I’ve been situation it sucks almost making you off yourself . Things get better though . My skin is flawless or how it was but it got better and it’s getting there . Keep going .
The way he calls her sweetheart just melts my heart. He is so kind. He would be the best bf ever
Tensed when I had acne no I'm even more tensed because of scars. ' Trust the process"
Yes! This is an infection and needs to be treated with a series of antibiotics. There is absolutely no reason for people to suffer.
I had terrible acne and the scars it left, but yes, it does get better. You will become more valuable for who you are and not how you look. I cannot stress how important that is in a world full of shallowness. It makes you appreciate the essence of things and people.
The short video of her made me cry. Brian, you are a great, honest guy who speaks real about the struggles of dealing with acne. I watch your channel often.
I appreciate you saying that :)
Had acne for 18 years. It’s a constant cycle of getting better then worse then better again
This is so true and relatable.
Ur such a kind person and we need more people in the world who are like you
I use to have the same problem things will get better I had it when I was 6 but over time it will disappear and I did get bullied but I promise you that things will get better
shes so genuinely beautiful.
Let me just tell u something, not for the girl for you! I have been dealing with acne for almost 3 years straight. Yes PEOPLE say it’s gets better, grow up, it’s apart of you of what so ever, but no one, literally no one has ever told me, your still you, you are still beautiful, it’s OK to have it. No one ever told that to me or does. I have to come on to social media and find a video like this one, to tell me that it’s ok to have acne or pimple or what so ever. Because no one made the time to just sit and listen, but this video is so, so heartfull, beautiful, kind and precious. Thank you 🙏❤️
Hearts go out to this poor girl. It does get better. Don’t pick at it. Trust those who know how to minimise scarring.
This guy speaks truths, however, if you can afford it - see a specialist. They will help you get a plan, diet, and meds
I used to and still every now and then get some small breakouts, but rn I have clear skin because I’ve found the problem to my acne. I only tell people my skin care routine if they ask for it. This crushed me to see this beautiful girl cry like this. You’re not alone❤️
Im also in the same situation 😭😭😭
I am too, have been for 2 years. Hang in there! You’re not alone ❤
my acne was so much undercontrol when I changed my diet to whole foods only! mybe try it? it takes time though
life update i used Accutane for acne and it healed my acne for some time and gave me life long digestion issues and i am gonna soon die for this medication ruined my health 😭😭😭😭😭 some one please help me how to reverse the Accutane serious side effect like i have
@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 wow I'm so sorry for that, I remember when I was 17 I took accutane for like a week and the side effects scared me so much that I threw the pills away...
honestly it is highly possible for you to heal your gut, try eating more whole foods and stay away from processed foods and refined sugar for a while and also take alot of probiotics like kefir water, sourkrout and yoghurt. to make it easier on your digestive system you can soak your grains overnight for easier digestion, things like oats or brown rice and beans....
@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 And the quickest way to heal your entire body and rejuvenate body cells is though FASTING, you can do more research on this and mybe you can try 1 day water fasting then build tolerance and go to 3 days, 5 days , 7 etc FASTING WILL COMPLETELY HEAL YOUR BODY. you gonna be fine
I understand mentally how frustrating this can be I hope it gets better for you x
@JessicaL.White_ I feel like more often than not, doctors just treat symptoms rather than find the cause. It's sad, really.
Aw girl I'm so glad you found something that works for you, I can't believe you've struggled for so long. I hope you're feeling as confident as ever
@@LifewithmeAbby Thank you! 💕
Did you try accutane?
I just got chills when you said that this is developing you into the person you’re going to become because it is so true I found light in the darkness that is for sure but I don’t think you can really see it when you’re still in the darkness, I pray she finds a solution for this❤
It could be hormonal, try diet changes.
It’s ok I completely understand 😢😢😢it will be okay
The message he just said to her is so heartfelt, genuine and sweet...melted my heart, and that chick is beautiful ❤️
Make sure you wash your face well and try proactive will get rid of your acne
Do u think she hasn't already tried washing her face?
Washing your face won't work
I'm 31 years old and I've been struggling with acne since I was 22.
Eat vegetarian sister ... Ur skin will change
take a look in your makeup products, I avoided using every skincare or makeup product only sunscreen free oil and I was naturally getting rid of acne.
Certain types of acne cannot be cured
Bro you just slap shot mid air
I’m 90yo and I’ve had acne since I was born in 1934. Hopefully it’ll get better soon!!!
@@Memeak-yn5rq sorry I’m not familiar with those terms :/
@@angel_animefriends7320 What I mean is that he was trying to make people with acne feel better and you just had to say that some acne is not curable
I once read comments of people romantizing acne, saying they WISH they had and are jealous of those who have it
I hope they get their acne
Thanks for those kind words as someone who is suffering from terrible acne that made my day
Even if you have acne, you are still human and people should respect everyone and everything made by god. You are beautiful!
Your message is so inspiring for this young lady & others experiencing this.
Someone i knew had such bad acne. They delt with it for years! Then she went to a dermatologist. They tried a lot of things to help but nothing! Then she started accutane and it changed her life! She would have lots of scaring if it weren't for that!! ❤ thank you 👍❤❤ (i had very bad acne but not as bad as her) ❤❤
tysm i needed to hear this, i suffered acne at a young age and it really made it hard for me to feel confident. may God bless you 🫶🏽
Hey, I remember him💐 More than 10 years ago he inspired me to take even more care and be even more stubborn than the acne I had!!!
I needed to hear this! Thank you! 🙏🏽
It’s great that you’re spreading such positivity, the world needs more people to make such initiatives
She’s actually really pretty wth
You literally made my day because I used to be so self conscious over barely any acne ❤
It made me feel nothing is permanent: neither your beauty nor your acne.
that girl is drop dead gorgeous ❤
Stay strong girl! It’s hard and I won’t ever be able to relate how it hard it can be to accept it. You are so so pretty
u should be a counselor i appreciate u man
I feel her. I've been where she was. It's really difficult. It's only now it's starting to fade away little by little.
I used to hate my acne scars and acne, now I learn how to love it,and accept it, now I learn how to take care more of myself just because of my acne ❤
This absolutely crushed me. It took me back to teen me who suffered with acne for 10+ years! I would cry my self to sleep and just want clear skin.
I'm sorry you had to deal with that, I was exactly the same, it hurt so much (physically AND mentally)
Awe..... Im 32 and still dealing with acne, but it does get better
I hope her acne gets better and she can overcome. bless her ❤
I remember getting severe acne on my senior year of high school and it completely ruined my confidence. I barely wanted to hang out with anyone.
