    This lines up with the idea that many chronic pain sufferers are dealing with Mind body syndrome. Meaning their really is nothing wrong with the body however our brains have become masters at sensing pain. I would love to hear a guided meditation on our body being healthy and the pain sensation being a false alarm. Its also referred to as TMS. Anyways i bet it would receive quite a few views. I really enjoy your meditation style. Thank you for your content

      @@healyourbodyhypnosis I think you will find it fascinating. The meditations/exercises for it are something called "somatic tracking". In a nutshell it is scanning your body for sensations (usually for pain) but then trying to observe your sensations without fear. This is fascinating research with tremendous results for chronic pain. Dr. Howard Schubiner is at the forefront of this. He has a book called "Unlearn Your Pain". He has some interviews on UA-cam. I am sure you would be fascinated to hear the success they have had for chronic pain sufferers. It's called neuroplastic pain. Dr. John Sarno first coined the term "TMS" and he really is the godfather in this area however much more has been learned since. Another book is called "The Way Out" by Alan Gordon. This is all cutting edge science. The process is called Brain Reprocessing Therapy. Its fits in perfectly with what you have been teaching.

      I posted another comment but I don't see it now. Anyways Dr. Sarno coined the term TMS which he says chronic pain sufferers have developed their chronic pain due to holding or repressing strong negative emotions. This has been elaborated by Dr Howard Schubiner. Who wrote the book "Unlearn Your Pain". The meditation/Exercises for it are called Somatic Tracking. This research has incredible results for individuals suffering with chronic pain. In a nutshell it is learning not to have fear or worry around the pain and with the new knowledge the pain literally disappears. I think you would really benefit from listening to a Howard Schubiner interview. It is very much in line with what you are teaching
