Our perception of the world relies on references from the past, such as language. The past isn't a "dream"; it's the data that enables life. After surgery, some individuals who were born blind may remain unable to see due to a condition known as experiential blindness. We don't inhabit a lucid dream but rather a reality that we can comprehend and improve through a scientific understanding, thus enhancing our living conditions.
