My daughter has had a week of on and off prodromal labor and did the Miles circuit with you today at noon (Florida time) started having stronger/regular contractions at 1:15. She is currently in labor and delivery at 4 cm with strong consistent contractions every 3 minutes. Thank you 🥰
I was stalling on my early stage for almost 20 hrs even with my second pregnancy. Did this circuit twice and progressed to active labor within an hour, 3hrs later I went in the hospital and was found to be 10cm dilated and 100% effaced🎉 an hour later I had my boy in my arms🥰 thank you so much for taking the time to walk us thru this with you. You are God sent
I followed the exercises and took a 15 minute walk afterwards. I went into active labor an hour later. Arrived at the hospital at 4cm dilated at 3:43pm and was holding baby girl in my arms by 6:45pm. After 3 pushes she was out- no tears or stitches. I can’t thank you enough for this video!!!!
I am compelled to comment. I was 39W4D stuck with prodromal contractions for a few days. I got no sleep and was really discouraged when my OB said I haven't dilated. I did this last night followed by the full circuit 30/30/30 total 90 mins. This morning I was 2 cm dilated at 8am and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 5pm. This totally works! All the best for all the mamas out there! 🥰🥰 you can do it mama!
I walked about 30 minutes or more a day around 35 weeks. I took Evening Primrose once daily, Rasberry Leaf capsules 2/2/2 daily, Gentle Birth (until I ran out), got a prenatal massage, did cat-cow daily, did the butterfly stretch daily, was massaged by my husband nightly. At 37.1 I did the Miles Circuit for 10 minutes each step, walked with my family once in the morning, then once at night, moved around on my birthing ball for some time, had segs that night. The next day my family and I prayed that I would go into labor that same day (I believe this was the most important part) and later that evening I went into labor while talking with my mom on the phone. So Friday I did the miles circuit, Saturday I went into labor, Sunday I had my 9 lb 2 oz baby boy at 37.3 weeks old vaginally unmedicated after 2 c-sections. Praise God we are doing well and healthy! Though I have to say, I will NEVER do vaginally again and kudos to all of you who can do that repeatedly. Ouch.
Congratulations!! That’s great. I’m currently 31 weeks and hoping for VBAC, so I’ll need to go into labor myself before 39 weeks. Maybe some of this will help me too.
I went into labor the very next morning after I did these three exercises. I was 42 weeks+3 days pregnant! I had a natural vaginal delivery of our second born child our baby girl! I would have been scheduled to be induced or even a c-section if she would have been there longer, but I was desperate to find a video that was going to help me get into labor fast!!!!!! Thank you so much! Our baby girl was born yesterday August 24, 2022! Her name is Melody!
I am 40+ 2 weaks pregnant and I am so scared because my labour didn't start yet my doctor suggest me C section 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢my due date is 11 February 2024already gone 😢😢😢
@@MedotGlow what is the reason for c-section? Obstetricians in overcrowded systems of hospitals many times are wrong about being in a hurry for physiological processes of births. If reason is only "pass over APPROXIMATELY due date", than it is totally wrong. 3 females can have a different cycles of menstruation and received a child in a different weeks, but have the same first day of last menstruation. So child can born successfully at home even on 43 weeks plus days, if is conceived later than female with the same first day of last menstruation, but having shorter cycle. So , at first MUST calm down, a birth is HORMONAL process, so adrenalin blocking oxytocin ( love, relax, delight,...warmth, quitness, dark, like animals in nature), which is the main hormone for successful birthing without medical interventions, if there ( mother , baby) is no harmful pathological processes. Please, before agree with psychological pressure of obstetrician, get to know, do you really need that serious abdominal surgery?
Hi I am from India I did 30 minutes of exercise at 9 pm Then 30 minutes exercise next morning 4 am Water broke at 6 am and baby birth at 8 am I was 38 weeks pregnant Thanks a lot 😊
Trying this at 40 weeks exact. Praying it makes labor pick up. Had membranes stripped yesterday and labor stalled out. Praying this helps pick it up again. ❤
I did this at night at 39+3 & immediately started have contractions labored through the night and had the baby within 12 hours! I was scheduled for an induction the next day so glad I avoided that!

Did this the first time today and I experienced an emotional release. Within 5 minutes of doing the first position, I cried like I never cried this entire pregnancy. It wasn’t a sad cry, more like a relieving cry? After the full 30 mins, I slept so deeply. Have you hear this happening to others? Anyway, labor-wise, nothing is happening yet but I do feel baby is lower and I’m having lots of pressure down there.

This works awesome! I did it on a Thursday night and next day I was 3cm dilated. Did it one more time that Friday night and my daughter was born Saturday morning ❤️ the delivery was painful but it was so smooth and fast that I could manage all the contractions 😁 I was 39 weeks exactly
Came back to thank you for your work. I had two weeks of prodomal labor and when I was 39 weeks and 6 days, after doing these exercises I got in labor and had a beautiful labor. Thank you very much! This works! 🎉❤ Greetings from Brazil!
Been having prodromal labor off and on since 35 weeks. I finally hit 37, and baby decided to flip from head-down to transverse, to Breech!! Did this last week Tuesday 14th November at 4pm and started contracting shortly after. Went to the hospital at 11pm and had my baby on Wednesday 15th November at 2:01am. I was 39 weeks 2 days when I have birth. This really did work for me🥰
I had a membrane sweep at 41 weeks and unmedicated vaginal delivery. I started practicing this circuit at about 39w5d every day. Although it didn’t induce my labor, I got through the majority of my labor using positions 1 and 2. They were the only ones comfortable for me. I also used this music as my hypnobirthing track. My husband constantly restarted it all up until pushing time. It centered me and helped keep me relaxed the whole time. I had early labor from about 3pm to 10pm ish. I’m currently 38+5 and I did this circuit since 37. Nothing happened but I guess my baby isn’t ready yet and needs some finishes ✨ Update : So I did a video « activating labor » couple of time as well. My water broke the day after but I was super tired because I walked a lot the same day. save your energy mamas ! I was 40+3 ! I did the miles circuit for 2 weeks every days and my baby wasn’t in a good position. Her head wasn’t aligned at all so one more time be extremely careful and ask your midwife for advices. She was also very high in the womb and couldn’t engage until the very last minute. Almost had a C-section after 25h of active labor.
Thought I was gonna break my back off of 10 min of step one. But accomplished it! About to fall asleep don't have a peanut to rest upon so my husband will have to do as a goodnight prop!🤣 Will try again tomorrow with step 3 hopefully . Did 40 squats yesterday & my legs have been on FIRE Wish me luck.🤞🙏 Ready for Baby💕
I did this last night at 10 pm, contractions started at 8 am and he shot out at 11 am almost in the toilet at the hospital. Went from 4 cm to 10 cm in a 3 minute walk
39w+4d with my 5th baby. He dropped over a week ago and yet I get no consistency with contractions. Just one every now and then. I just finished this circuit. The first step was really difficult to find a comfortable position without losing the correction posture. I’m going to try it again later tonight. Hoping baby is better aligned!
@@kaylac1993 I was ultimately induced at 41 weeks. Labor never began like I wanted, no matter what I did. 🤷♀️🫤 But my sweet baby is here all the same and that’s all that matters.
Thank you for this! I have bad shoulders and knees and the first and third poses are such a challenge 🤦♀️ I managed to do the Miles Circuit in its entirety several years ago with my 2nd but since then I simply have to do the shortened version. Appreciate your channel!
You may need more support or a different modified version. Try having someone place a scarf under your hips to help your back not sink. Or you could try moving to a bed with lots of pillows and pillows under your hips. The modified version is up on your elbows with your elbows out, but that may hurt your shoulders. I show that modified version in my PM pregnancy stretching exercise routine. And thank you so so much for your sweet words of support!
Is it beneficial to do it for 30 minutes multiple times a day? The full 90 minutes is hard to do with two young toddlers but I can definitely find a few 30 minutes here and there
Did this twice on a Saturday then Sunday night I went into labour.. Monday 7:20am gave birth. Coincidence? Is this circuit really the holy grail? Mind you I was 40+4
Thank you for putting out such a brilliant resource for free. I’m a FTM, 40+4 today and gave this a try for the first time last night. Lovely, calming vibe, the visuals were great and brilliant follow along gave me a sense that I’m doing this with a friend. The surges have picked up for sure. Been up since 3 in the morning with anxious thoughts so thought I’d give this a try along with my affirmations and it put me in such a serene headspace. The surges have picked up too, hoping for it all to go smoothly. We were built for this, we’ve got this mamas ❤️
@@aab24209 amazingly! I followed along this video for a couple of times a day for a week and it helped me calm and relax each time. Babies come when they're ready, mine came at 41+3 but just after I'd done this and gone for a nap. I'd say no harm in keeping at it with this just for unwinding amidst stressful days.
Currently 40 weeks + 5 and I’m trying to get baby out before having to be induced. My doctor won’t go more than 42 weeks so hopefully this will do the trick by the weekend at least (today is Tuesday).
Any luck with this circuit ? I am 40 weeks today and will have a membrane sweep Monday if I don't have the baby this weekend. Going to try out the circuit!
I'm going to do this and praying it works. I'm 2cm now for a week and been having bad back labor pains and have been miserable since my contractions aren't close enough to dilate me more. 😢
I was 40+5 with my 3rd baby. Was getting impatient with baby still not dropping. Did this twice, and that night went into labour lol! 1 hour total labour!!!!
39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.. as of 6/23 i am Currently 4cm Dilated with 60% effacement. If i don't go into natural labor by 6/27 (this upcoming tuesday) i will have to be induced... i do NOT want that! praying, hoping and manifesting this let's me go into natural labor ASAP!!! Will update with results:^)
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong because I’ve done this twice I’m about to try a third time as I’m due to be induced in 2 days and really don’t want to be
This is going in the playlist! I'm 24 weeks now, not quite ready for the circuit but will do a bit closer to the end! By the way I love how comfy, simple, beautiful and cozy your style is....where do you get your prenatal/maternity undergarments and pjs/loungewear?
39 weeks and 5 days. At the doctor yesterday I was only 2 cm dilated so I’m going to give this a try. I did it with my first but didn’t do it all together
I did this at noon that day.. I added an extra 10 minutes to the first exercise and did the side laying on both sides for 15 minutes and then did the lunges.. contractions started as 5 AM the next morning and baby was here by 2:39 pm
Currently 38 +5 days, had my membrane sweeped yesterday, 2.5 centimeters and 80% effaced, was having contractions but woke up today and no longer contracting. Hoping this helps getting everything started again! I’m still having mucus and some blood, going to go curb walk after this will report back!
41+6 weeks with baby #5. 3 of my previous births were under 3 hours and every one of my previous births didn't make it to 41weeks. trying not to be risked out for a birth center birth!
Definitely trying this tonight! Been having on and off contractions for about 3 weeks. Had an appt 2 days ago and was told I was 50% effaced and only 2cm dilated 😢 fingers crossed that it helps🤞 Update: so I followed the video and didn’t really get that big of a result. Went to another appt and was told that I was still 50% effaced BUT I did go up to 3cm 😅 did the circuit again but this time 30min each pose instead of the 10min and did get a few contractions. I am now overdue and am scheduled to be induced on Friday (which I’m trying to avoid) but I did come across another one of your videos about the top 3 spinning baby positions that I’m definitely going to try as soon as my fiancé gets home
Can i do this even though the baby has fully dropped already and is in right position for labour? I’m just trying to get the contractions going. My water also didn’t break and my muscus plug is still in as well. I’m walking a lot, feeling pressure below but no contractions.
Just did this today at 40+1 weeks pregnant! Have a midwife appointment tomorrow so hoping this will kick things into gear a bit more. I’ll try to work up to the full 90 minute circuit if no progress in the next day or so, but I just find the knee to chest position soooo uncomfy 😓🫣
Starting this at 37 weeks + 1 day! Been having cramps and feeling nauseous. Baby is measuring small and it might be due to iugr. Will find out at next appointment in a few days. Either way, I'm realizing that the earlier I deliver this baby the better because they will be suggesting induction. I'll try to update!
Day 3 of doing these exercises and still nothing 😢just Braxton hicks contractions. I will come back to edit when baby has arrived 😊 Day 5 of doing this exercise and still nothing.. I have to be induced in a few days, currently 40 + 4 😢but I’ll keep being consistent as I don’t want an unmedicated natural birth I gave birth via caesarean section 🙂 I was stuck on 5cm dilated for hours without progress. None of this worked for me probably because I started late so I’d advise on starting at least from 36 weeks
anybody else’s baby immediately have hiccups when starting the circuit 😂 i felt so bad! anyway im 38+2 at my 38 appt i was 3cm, ive been having irregular contractions for 2 weeks!! baby is expected to be large like my first so id like him out soon😅 excited to come back to the comments and let ya’ll know if it works!!
Does anyone have some good recommendations for modifications for the first position or an alternative? I have a lot of trouble with not slipping and keeping my belly off the floor.

Any luck for you?
Lmao that’s hella funny I use my kids stuffed animals or the couch cushions
I did this last night at 10 pm, contractions started at 8 am and he shot out at 11 am almost in the toilet at the hospital. Went from 4 cm to 10 cm in a 3 minute walk
39w+4d with my 5th baby. He dropped over a week ago and yet I get no consistency with contractions. Just one every now and then. I just finished this circuit. The first step was really difficult to find a comfortable position without losing the correction posture. I’m going to try it again later tonight. Hoping baby is better aligned!
how did it go?
@@kaylac1993 I was ultimately induced at 41 weeks. Labor never began like I wanted, no matter what I did. 🤷♀️🫤 But my sweet baby is here all the same and that’s all that matters.
Starting this tonight at 37 weeks. Fingers crossed!
Thank you for the video!
How did it go?
Hallo how did it go
Yes… How did it go?
How'd it go?
@@aab24209 amazingly! I followed along this video for a couple of times a day for a week and it helped me calm and relax each time. Babies come when they're ready, mine came at 41+3 but just after I'd done this and gone for a nap. I'd say no harm in keeping at it with this just for unwinding amidst stressful days.
The random specops helicopter in the cloudscape made me chuckle lol
I did this at 41 + 2 and literally started labor immediately after.
Woohoo! What a success! I’m three days away from my due date, and I just did this in hopes it puts baby in the right position to start things.
@@jules11yates Good luck to you!
This is where I’m at right now and doing it now hoping mine is successful like yours! ❤️
@@briajaimeofficial how are you? was this effective in your case?
Was ypu already dialated or anything?
38+5 and ready for baby to come now! Starting these today - from the U.K.! ✌🏼
Did it work xx
TRYING THIS !! 38 WEEKS AND 1 DAY WITH MY 3RD CHILD ,, HOPING THIS SENDS ME INTO LABOR.. FINGERS CROSSED 🤞😔🍀
Did it?
I love all of you! I appreciate your comments and inspired by your questions. 🥰
Did this excercise only 2 days prior to birth. Had my baby very fast. Thank you
You were at how many weeks pregnant when you had your baby?
Was this your first pregnancy ?
Did this a 9am was admitted into the hospital at 5pm for contractions!
40+1 and I’m trying with you. Hoping for labor, doctors are talking medical induction by Sunday🙏🏽
I’m 39 weeks and 2 days. I was scheduled to be induced yesterday, but didn’t go. Was 4cm dilated at last check 4 days ago. Still no contractions.
Here with you !! Same spot!
Trying this circuit at 40+2, fingers crossed it will work for me too
40+4 trying this exercise again 😢 it didn't work
Started the circuit at 2pm, and didn't notice that they helped contractions pick up at all... Baby came at 7:33pm😅 whew! Fastest, easiest birth EVER!
Awesome! So proud of you for looking for other ways and planning ahead! These are called track suits or jogger sets from little boutiques on Amazon. 🥰
Prettygarden is where I got this one. 🥰
Zksos😊😊
39 weeks and 5 days. At the doctor yesterday I was only 2 cm dilated so I’m going to give this a try. I did it with my first but didn’t do it all together
I did this at noon that day.. I added an extra 10 minutes to the first exercise and did the side laying on both sides for 15 minutes and then did the lunges.. contractions started as 5 AM the next morning and baby was here by 2:39 pm
@@jayceeprescottAww! Congratulations momma ❤️🙏🏿!
Attempting at 38+5, we will see how it goes ! The first one is so hard but I’m pushing through
How the progression ?
Currently 38 +5 days, had my membrane sweeped yesterday, 2.5 centimeters and 80% effaced, was having contractions but woke up today and no longer contracting. Hoping this helps getting everything started again! I’m still having mucus and some blood, going to go curb walk after this will report back!
Did this earlier today, doing it again before bed, I’m 39 + 3. Hoping baby will come tomorrow or this weekend🙏
41+6 weeks with baby #5. 3 of my previous births were under 3 hours and every one of my previous births didn't make it to 41weeks. trying not to be risked out for a birth center birth!
I am 40 weeks +6 days today (July 26th,2024). I was 0 cm dilated yesterday. Wish me luck! (I am also taking an acupuncture session today)
Currently doing this at 38 weeks, 1cm dilated! Hopefully this works 🙏🏽😊
Any luck? Also 38w 1cm haha
Sameeee did it work??
I just did these took a warm bath hope this works have little bit contractions but hade them 4 days 40 weeks tomorrow.
If I don't go into labor this week gonna have to do a c-section in I want to do vabc.
Did it work? @@annafriessen2185
Definitely trying this tonight! Been having on and off contractions for about 3 weeks. Had an appt 2 days ago and was told I was 50% effaced and only 2cm dilated 😢 fingers crossed that it helps🤞
Update: so I followed the video and didn’t really get that big of a result. Went to another appt and was told that I was still 50% effaced BUT I did go up to 3cm 😅 did the circuit again but this time 30min each pose instead of the 10min and did get a few contractions. I am now overdue and am scheduled to be induced on Friday (which I’m trying to avoid) but I did come across another one of your videos about the top 3 spinning baby positions that I’m definitely going to try as soon as my fiancé gets home
keep us updated! so close momma!
Where did you get your couches? I’m on the hunt for a new couch and I love the ones you have in this room! Thanks😊
Great video!!! I had zero energy while pregnant. You look great btw!
Thank you!! 😊
Just did this at 38+4! Hopefully this will work🤞
I am currently 40 weeks and 5 days I’m gonna do this tonight and I’ll let y’all know😂
Omg I’m the same today! Did this work for you? Have you gotten to meet your sweet baby yet??
Any update?
I did this yesterday for 90 min and ended up with bad groin pain. Not sure if he engaged or if I over did it.
The first position hurts my back so much
Almost 38 weeks at 3cm and doctor said I’m very soft lol hopefully this gets labor started I’ve been contracting all week! 🥲 it’s my 4th baby!
Did it work? :)
??
Yes ! Baby came 2 days after this
40 + 4 weeks. Did this and hoping for the best 🥺
It didn’t help me. Stupid videos….!
2 cm dilated at 38 +2 I’m hurting so bad I’m gonna keep doing these stretches 😭
It’s 6:17pm & I’m a 37 week surrogate . I’m going to try this and update . Fingers crossed 🤞🏿
Two days later , nothing
Currently 37.1 weeks. They’ll induce me at 38 if I don’t go into labor naturally so here’s hoping this works 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
How did it go??
Any update ?
Same here hoping to go into labour before monday.
I’m 38 and 3 I am 2cm dilated! Hopefully it works for me! I’ve tried everything.
It work like magic ❤
Did this today 38 + 5 hopefully giving birth soon 🙏🏻 ❤ prayers
Did you?
Didn’t realize belly was completely fake till the end
Currently 37+2! Definitely going to do this!! Did it work to help bring in labor at all?
did this work for you???
I'm going to try these later. So pls pray for me. I'm 41 weeks pregnant and still no signs of labor.
The same with us 🙃
Same with us 😢
Any luck? Same here.
Currently 39+2, let’s see if this works🤞🏽
Did it?
Can i do this even though the baby has fully dropped already and is in right position for labour?
I’m just trying to get the contractions going. My water also didn’t break and my muscus plug is still in as well.
I’m walking a lot, feeling pressure below but no contractions.
How did you go? Were you able to get your contractions going?
Hopefully this works!! Cross our fingers! I’m 38 weeks!
38+2 and 3cm dilated, hoping this gets my boy here before Christmas. FTM. Will update
He came on Christmas
Same 😭
@@jerihenares941 I’m still pregnant 🙂😭
39 weeks..
Doing This at 39 wks and God am manifesting for labour tomorrow pliz Lord do it for me 🎉😢
Same! Did it work?
Just did this today at 40+1 weeks pregnant! Have a midwife appointment tomorrow so hoping this will kick things into gear a bit more. I’ll try to work up to the full 90 minute circuit if no progress in the next day or so, but I just find the knee to chest position soooo uncomfy 😓🫣
Can I do these exercises for cephalic position baby to induce labor?. I am 38 weeks 5 days .
Hv been scheduled for c/s hope this will help me
Am I suppose to do it on my toes as my pregnant belly is pressing on ground making me uncomfortable 🙃
I’m having trouble with the first position not straining my abs when opening the angle greater than 90 degrees. What am I doing wrong?
That’s common! Don’t strain your abs! I have tried a modified version on top of my bed with several pillows for support even under hips.
How'd it go,
Day 3 of doing these exercises and still nothing 😢just Braxton hicks contractions. I will come back to edit when baby has arrived 😊
Day 5 of doing this exercise and still nothing.. I have to be induced in a few days, currently 40 + 4 😢but I’ll keep being consistent as I don’t want an unmedicated natural birth
I gave birth via caesarean section 🙂 I was stuck on 5cm dilated for hours without progress. None of this worked for me probably because I started late so I’d advise on starting at least from 36 weeks
I’m 39w2d today, let’s give it a whirl🤞🏽🤞🏽
Same here,
Im 37 weeks tofay and i will try this
Did it work?
I am 41+1 cervix high Baby is posterior. Planned for a home birth. Will be back if this works
anybody else’s baby immediately have hiccups when starting the circuit 😂 i felt so bad!
anyway im 38+2 at my 38 appt i was 3cm, ive been having irregular contractions for 2 weeks!! baby is expected to be large like my first so id like him out soon😅 excited to come back to the comments and let ya’ll know if it works!!
38+4days now waiting for my baby to come out
Am definitely starting dis to night
Did this, 38+3...... Its my first baby, i wish it works for me as well
Does anyone have some good recommendations for modifications for the first position or an alternative? I have a lot of trouble with not slipping and keeping my belly off the floor.
THIS ABSOLUTELY WORKS LOL. I went from 6cm to 9cm in about two hours lol
I need the energy to get up and do this… ugh 😅
How do you do the exaggerated side lying without squashing the baby. She doesn’t seem happy when I do that position ☹️
How long does it takes each position?
What if it didn't work the first time can you keep doing it?😔
39 + 2 let's give it a go!
Gave birth exactly one week later 40 + 2
