Flexible flow is a yoga flow which focuses mainly on flexibility. Increasing flexibility for splits, middle splits, hip & back flexibility.
| FRIDAY | BEAUTIFUL BALLET & PILATES WORKOUT MIX |
This workout focuses mainly on increasing strength & stamina while using balletic movements to improve artistry, fluidity & posture.

Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.

I so am looking forward to this. I am soooo sore after a hard practice skating (quads at the rink) learning so many new moves and realizing I have so far to go in strengthening my legs. Blows me away how strong skaters are to be able to do things that look so easy. And you really do have to keep up maintenance and not slack off because it does tell on you at the rink or even on the trails....HA even if your trying to do shoot the duck 30 times and getting back up !!!! :P
Yes! It's definitely a big workout to do skating and to make it look so effortless, I mean it gets easier of course, but it never stops being hard! I am so glad you picked my video and hope you liked it 💗💗💗
