I subbed from your other loc video. I feel you on staying encouraged to keep at UA-cam. Ppl don’t know how hard content creation is you hear. The lighting, the background, the sound, the ideas…. And the editing is the worst of it all if you all me. Then ppl watch 0:42 minutes of your 8 minute video. It’s depressing. I just wanna encourage you too. This was really helpful. One of my issues with installing braids/twists is that sometimes it looks bulky. I was never really into parting my hair strategically cause I always went with the “messy look” but sometimes it looked waaay too bulky.
Happy to help! When considering bulk remember not only the parts but more important than that would be the size of the loc, twist, or braid. Try and be mindful of how much hair you’re using for each one. Hope this makes sense💙

I don’t refresh my hair as in re wrap the base…. I allow the style to naturally age all I do is wash my locks

So with the curls it looks like you didn’t actually start putting them in the locs until like the 5th row am I right ? Prior to that it was just on the ends ?
I put them thru out the locs in the back as well some of them fell out at the top because I used a different method in the back for the curls and there’s more curls at the bottom you just may not be able to see them well here.

Love your locs, you did such a beautiful job on them and you are gorgeous. My question is does the human loose hair tangle against the locs? Do you find it easy to keep them looking good or does it take a lot of time? Thanks!
Thank you so much! I wouldn’t say they tangle. They actually maintain fine I don’t do anything to them but spray a little water here and there to bring back the curls but I barely do that honestly. They’re low maintenance for sure in my opinion💙

What lengths did you use and how did you put the curls in?
What determines the length of the locs? Does it mean you braid the hair down longer for the long locs?
Yes, where ever you want the loc to stop choose it but keep in mind the human hair you add in at the end will also add length
Hey love how many packs of hair do you need for each type of different hair ? I went to the other video and it’s just the hair. I want these shoulder length
Hey there in the video when I show the human hair I put information slides showing I used one bundle for each. I always put what type and the amount of hair I use in the video so I don’t leave you guys hanging💙
