You all prolly dont care but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot my password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me
THEEEEE best crochet faux loc installation and "look" I've seen on UA-cam. The best! Thank you for this! Have to wait until my TWA grows out but I'm doing your method for sure. Thank you!
Best loc tutorial I’ve seen in some time. The biggest issue I have is finding grey hair that looks as beautiful and natural as yours is. It’s truly been a struggle. I love the very light grey and it’s been a chore to find. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I’ve gone to just about every hair store near me, and there are plenty, lol, but no luck. And Amazon has been an ongoing search.
I like you cut the 3rd pc off and wind it around. Great technique of unwind instead of pull through your natural hair inside the lock , cause a lot of ppl. Am not so that. It took me a minute to figure out how to not get my needle stuck LOL NOW I make my own ( yes I’m on Etsy )!! I love my double ended dead’s even though they take forever to make , ppl don’t realize the work that goes into making them natural and uniform.
Girrll. I have looked at hundreds of these videos, and I'm so so glad I found this video! Yours are the best I've seen on UA-cam. I'm going to do everything you instructed to a T. Thank you
This was a very good tutorial. I ordered my hair after watching your video and did it. First time doing a style with hair. I love it. Will be doing it again. Thanks!!
Makeup routine coming up! I actually recorded this exact makeup look that day! Lippie is a combo of NYX liner: brown and 2 of @jomichelleartistry’s matte lipsticks (she’s on IG). Video coming soon. 💗
Loved your tutorial I tried it myself following your guidelines and tips and it turned out great! I wasn’t sure how long you dipped the hair in the water so I dipped them quickly. How long did you soak your hair in the warm water?
I have small pieces of hair braided for my faux locs but I feel like I don’t have enough locs what do you think about adding 2 locs to one braid. My hair is fairly thin so my Braids are thin and it’s not looking like a lot of locs I think I might add 1 additional loc to 1 Braid section. Your are gorgeous I’m going for that look
You can use a latch hook and pull your hair through the center of the faux loc.- after you've already crocheted the fauxloc in place- on to your hair. There are other vids out on the method i mentioned.
The nu locs are the struggle! 🙄 Loop is too small or no existent, locs unravel and you hair shows through. However, if you wrap the loc to give it that “distressed” look, then you don’t have to worry about the loc unraveled because it’ll be covered by the other hair.
I was struggling with them unwrapping for the first few. What I realize is that I have to keep my hair, braid or twist, still. Wrap the loc around your braid/twist. Do not twist them together.
I’ve been stalking your video for about a month! I finally did this style and 👏🏾I 👏🏾 LOVE 👏🏾IT!! 😍🤩OMG!! It came out so niiiiice!! The customizing made ALL the difference. I wasn’t sure if I liked your video because I liked your hair or because you are so pretty and they compliment you so well!! Now I know it was both!! Thanks for the video!! I’m about to be mad cute in quarantine! 🥴
Alexis Kirton I made mines a little bigger than hers. I had exactly 50 locs and my head is average size. I used 3 packs of bobby boss kinky curl hair 12”, to give it the distressed look.
I Am Bebe Michelle It’s so funny that you would respond right now because I’m sitting here redoing my locs again! My hair grew so much! Now I’m hooked!
Heyy, I would typically go no more than 4 weeks tops. 6 weeks would be pushing it (to maintain healthy, hydrated hair). However this time, I kept it in for only 2 weeks. Not because it needed to come out, but for just personal preference.
Has anyone tried soaking this hair in ACV before install? I wanted to get rid of the alkaline layer that I keep hearing they put on synthetic hair. I’m currently soaking my locs but I see no white residue like I am supposed to. Do these locs not have the alkaline lye on them?
Tried this tonight and having the worst time trying to wrap the loc around my hair lol...my hair is somewhat long so the struggle is real. Will try again tomorrow 😬
Aww! After braiding or twisting your real hair, try folding it upwards and against itself before wrapping the loc around it. Hope that helps? Good luck and I hope it comes out great!
Hey love, in the video I mentioned that you definitely want to be sure to dip only the ends in *warm* water. If the water is too hot, it'll straighten the loc, which is what we don't want lol. Test one loc out first by dipping the ends in warm water to be sure it's not too hot.
I've been wondering the same thing. Been watching these videos and would love to see how they remove them. I watched one with a young lady using human hair to create the "Lisa Bonet'" look and after watching her session, I would not want to remove them!
GORGEOUS thank you so much! I was gonna go out to get them done. But I am still scared to be in a shop till this virus is gone. Gonna try this myself. One question. It's a month later. Are they still in? How long do they last and do you wash your hair like normal?
Same here. I was looking into getting them done. This virus and the prices honestly scared me away. I have had mine in for a month now. I have washed them twice and redid the front too. Just because I can. They were not looking bad. They look better (more natural) with time. I think I am going to keep mine in for another month.
Yes please!! I am worried about the removal because if all the customizing and my hair was literally coming out of the bottom of the loc. 🤦🏾♀️ I just installed mines so I’m going to just keep them in as long as possible and not think about it! 😩🤣😂🤣
This is one if not the best most natural looking set of boho locs that I’ve come across! Literally ordered these yesterday after watching you!
Thanks so much! I hope yours comes out amazing! 💗
I can't find the bobbi boss goddess locs on Amazon
Where did you order your boho pics from?
I totally agree
You all prolly dont care but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..?

Great job! I did something simular. But instead of cutting off the loose hair, I just wrapped the loc going upward. Sometimes I went downward.
That’s what I was thinking

These are PERFECT! You did an awesome job😍
Thank you so much! 💗
Looks great! Can u wash your hair with locs in?
I 💜 this look best one I’ve watched thnx!
Use small rollers on the curly left out hair while you dip it in the hot water so then they’re extra curly and last and nothing is ruined 😌🫶🏽
Hi! I don’t like when the ends of faux locs are “extra curly.” I personally don’t prefer that look. Thanks for watching ❤️
Beautiful! How did you place your locs? Did you put the plain locs at the bottom half of your hair and the rest was just the boho locs?
This looks so good!!! Perfectly made, wow!
This is an amazing video.I'd like to see more videos by you!! Thank you!
Thank you, I'm going to try this style
Very pretty. I think I am going to attempt to do them soon following your method.
Loved your tutorial I tried it myself following your guidelines and tips and it turned out great! I wasn’t sure how long you dipped the hair in the water so I dipped them quickly. How long did you soak your hair in the warm water?
Heyy! Thanks so much, I’m glad you liked it!! I dipped them veryyy quickly, for like 1 second lol. Did it in sections so it was easier.

Very, very nice. Well done. I loooovvvve it!!!!!
57 locks so 57 twist first❤thank you
Beautiful! I'm struggling with the unraveling of the nu loc hopefully I'll catch on before I make it to the front of my head!!

When you do protective styles like this? How long to you typically keep them in for?

Looks great!! Did you add texture to all the nu loc’s?
Hey babe when dipping it in hot water, do you just dip the ends or most of the loc? Thank you!
Just dip the ends If you're going for a distressed loc or goddess loc look so that it isn't as straight
Hey love, in the video I mentioned that you definitely want to be sure to dip only the ends in *warm* water. If the water is too hot, it'll straighten the loc, which is what we don't want lol. Test one loc out first by dipping the ends in warm water to be sure it's not too hot.

Hi! Please post a video of how you uninstalled without messing up your actual hair-?? Or-Anyone know how to take this down safely?
I NEED this answer
I've been wondering the same thing. Been watching these videos and would love to see how they remove them. I watched one with a young lady using human hair to create the "Lisa Bonet'" look and after watching her session, I would not want to remove them!
1997nick14 you can find how on her page. I actually just removed mine to deep condition my hair and put it back in. This video helped me a lot.
Would it be best to just draw your own hair through the locks if it’s already long
GORGEOUS thank you so much! I was gonna go out to get them done. But I am still scared to be in a shop till this virus is gone. Gonna try this myself. One question. It's a month later. Are they still in? How long do they last and do you wash your hair like normal?

Hi there! What do you mean about passion twist. I didn’t see I add any hair but you’re saying to split the hair in 1/2. Which hair?

How did you alternate between the French wave locs and the regular locs? I’m sorry if you mentioned that already I think I missed it
Nice job
How long does this style last ? Great work btw!!

How many did you use of the regular logs vs boho?
Love these! Could you do a video on removal?
