    I didn't become financially independent till I was in my mid 40s after having a major financial setback during the covid , Thank God i'm now on my feet . In addition to buying my second house, I'm also making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future!

    I alway like to see these kind of deep analysis and guide to personal finance. Financial advisors rarely share their tricks and Calculations to Aam admi. Kudos to you ❤. I love to do my own math and research before simply trusting any influencer. I want to see more such type of contants.

    Awesome, thanks for this video. Would have loved this more if the formula you listed can be seeded in a screener app and we can get a list of such bonds/funds, would have saved a lot of time to analyse them separately

    Best is to invest in Bank FD or Post office deposits. Stock market investment returns mostly rely on uncontrollables including luck. Also, in 2023, taking past 3 years return for any calculation could be incorrect. Reason - Most stocks, post covid slump in March 2020, have returned and grown leaps and bounds.

    It was really good. I want to know more about YTM and modified duration. In general, what i want to understand is can the debt fund returns be predicable like a FD? Also, when should you invest in short term or medium term since interest rates going up or down is a factor as well. which did not talk about.

    • @PrateekSinghLearnApp
      @PrateekSinghLearnApp  8 місяців тому +1

      Debt funds are somewhat predictable but there can be some small changes and interest rate and bond price relationship is again too big to explain. Maybe one more video?

    1. Was the returns were adjusted after the expense ratio. Or from the returns we have to deduct 0.83% TER?
    2. Pls also explain on the taxation part of it. Eventually it's only after paying the taxes, investors would get the effective returns.

      Hey, It is better to have multiple asset classes due to their strengths. However, like you said, in the long term aren't all investments good?
      Well, that is an educated guess - But what if some disaster or calamity occurs? We are basically just being more safer by diversifying our investments :)
