I think the tri mirror was adorable and worth way more than 4 times what you paid, I also loved the stool and metal vase, but everything was so inventive and will sell for more too, Sherrie, good job❤❤❤
I don't know much about increase in value, but I know my favorite projects were both sets of picture frames. You are amazing. Your Virtual Neighbor, Liz
I work in a thrift store (in Australia). Only a few of us are allowed to price items to stop what you are seeing with the crazy prices. My favourites are the jewellery cabinet, mirror shelf, and cutting board. I would pay much more than four times the original price.
I’m not surprised to see all the products from today’s video have been sold. I loved the cutting board and the mirrored stand. They were all beautiful.
Sherry, Judging by all the sold signs I would have to say yes all your creations are worth 4X the purchase price. I love all your creations. Monday cannot come soon enough. Have a Blessed and safe week.
Wow, my favorite was…wait for it. ALL OF THEM!! Great ideas. Every time I watch a video by you I have to pause myself, go gather all the supplies and plan a mission for a project to do!! I love how you inspire all crafters to think out of the 📦
Hello Sherry! Love your revamps in the thrift items. Yes, it's ridiculous how much greed Goodwill is showing. They've lost sight of the meaning of a thrift store. My fave was the mirror candlestick shelf. I love all the others too. You never disappoint and enjoy your creativity so much. Thanks for sharing your talent 😊
I think the rise in thrift store prices is due to all the resellers on UA-cam going to their local Goodwill, cherry picking items and showing their value & what they sold them for. So yeah, thanks to UA-cam thrift stores are evening out the odds. I'm not criticizing Sherry, she is flipping pieces that might otherwise languish on the shelf. She puts a lot of work into the projects as well. It's a different business. But dirt cheap bargains at the thrift are no longer a guarantee.
I think the rise in prices is because of minimum wage increases. They're also competing with the lower end junk from Walmart, Ross, TJ maxx, dollar tree, etc. Whatever the market will bear.
Oh my I love the little jewelry closet cabinet!❤ The glass clock case is beautiful!🎉The cutting board is just sweet!😊 I agree with you about the tri-mirror! Gorgeous!🎉 And, the vase is simply lovely ❤ The floral prints are sublime!😊 How sweet is the doll blanket pillow on the stool?!❤I really like the bird prints in the frames!❤
I absolutely love the 3 panels mirror. I can't believe that was under $5. Like you said, it's s really strange how they price things at goodwill stores. You are so talented. ❤
Well, you did it again, Sherry! I cannot decide which one I like the best because I love them all! I would still love to live next door to you. Thanks for sharing your craftiness!
Your stash always has everything you need to transform your creations! You have such patience to make each piece a work of art! Loved the mirror wall hanging. The vase… let’s face it… I love everything that you do!😉
It's difficult to choose a favorite, however; the tri-fold mirror has my vote. You are one very creative lady. Thank you for sharing your ideas and God bless you and your family.😅🎉
Every project you did was so elegant and simple stunning!! My fav was the little stool❤❤❤❤❤ I was so happy that you used the lumpy stuffing! It gave it a more vintage feel. Thank you for sharing!!❤❤❤❤❤
I thought the little gold oval picture frames came out beautiful combined with the larger frames. That's the reason I love your channel. I am not creative to see things like that. Plus I admire your taste in artwork. Also green mirror was a winner.
The mirrors was my favorite but every piece was fantastic of course. The $12.40 price in my opinion was low for a couple of them but I'm in CA & used to things being more expensive. And our Goodwills have gone completely mad. You have to know if you can get something cheaper at Home Goods. Lol❤❤
I have moved right past those really outdated jewelry box cabinets so many times. Now I will be hunting for one! I love how it turned out with the black paint and book pages inside and the sweet little floral “vase.” The tri-fold mirror is a close second. As always, you continue to amaze us, Sherry!
Not only for thrift store finds, I have multiple frames with ratty looking mats, so what a transformation! I have old small gold frames with no dresser spots to display them, I am picturing them displayed in larger frames! Thank you again! That large vase was spectacular!
I love the cutting board the most, but also the (first two flips) small cabinet and mirror shelf! Your ability to see how an item can be updated and turned into something else is such a gift! I look forward to your videos every week!!😊
The tri-fold mirror is so sweet! The metal vase was genius, that is worth WAY more than your 3x’s the cost mark up. Hitting it out of the park again Sherry!
@@CanterburyCottage Your welcome. I find you to be a great inspiration to me ever since I started watching your videos, I have come up with some pretty creative home Decour myself. So I thank you for that and I love just about everything that you create out of all your thrift fines. You’re one of the most interesting people I’ve ever come across.👍
Absolutely amazing thrift flips. I always love how classy and elegant you make these items that otherwise would be thrown away. Thanks for sharing your lovely talent
WOW! What a hard choice! I think it's between the 3 mirror piece and the Jewelry box...but they were all amazingly creative solutions. Sure wish I could "borrow your brain" when I go shopping! lol
Your Thrift stores are not the only one that their prices are going through the roof!!! Here in N.B., Canada, we have few thrift stores, SA and VV prices have gone insane. Things at VV (Value Village) they will sell somethings from the Dollarama for more than the original price. You can still get some deals, but, they’re few and far between. Thanks for the videos love them.
Thank you! Yes, today, you have to spend more time looking through merchandise to find any deals. I drove 25 minutes to another Goodwill (even though I live 5 minutes from one) to find things that were more reasonably priced.
For me it was a toss up between the jewelry box and the trifold mirror shelf.. All the makeovers definitely greatly increased the value of the item. A definite win for this challenge.
Sherry, I think this is the best work you've ever done. I love all the projects, but I think you've increased the value the most on two pieces that I consider art and not simply craft: the glass piece with jewelry and purple flower, and the frames within frames.
They are all gorgeous, but I especially like the heart cutting board and the William Morris dark blue and white mat! You continue to amaze me with your ideas!
I love all of these. The tri-fold mirror was a good source of inspiration because I just got one from my mother in law’s house, she passed away this past April. But I have to say that the stool stole my ❤
Awww...everything is sold. But, I am happy for you, Sherry! I really liked the upgraded frames with William Morris paper and the little stool. Thanks for sharing your genius!
The black curio and the stool were my favourites cause they actually finished looking like antiques. If you can't resell items for at leasr 4 times what you paid then there is no room for making a profit. I seecway too many resellers undercutting themselves as well as their competition by selling too low.
The dark wood items flipped so well ! Otherwise in my area they'd be thrown away. Love the new box & cutting board ! The hearts are another tricky item to updo to sell . Yes! I so remember having to have heart wood decor ! Was all the rage !
It's crazy how the Goodwill pricing got so expensive. We can't even afford to shop that our thrift stores anymore. We need to pick and choose, you did a great job! My favorite is the tri-fold mirror. I love that dainty green color. And the price was very very affordable.
Wow, Sherry! 😲🤯 I'd say all those items were worth 5 or 6 times their original value. 🥰The folks who bought them still got a bargain at 4X the original cost. Especially the pictures, because they were added to from your stash. Your creativity and skill were priceless, as always. 🤩💯 I loved all of them, and couldn't pick a favorite. ❤ I'll be here again next week, waiting to have my mind blown again. 😂😘 Bye for now. 👍👋
Oh, you are so sweet, Nora! Thank you for all those kind words! 😊 (P.S. I’m doing book inspired crafts next week , and I think I came up with some really fun ideas that I can’t wait for you to see!)
Everything you recreate is so original and lovely. I loved the mirrored piece, the metal vase and the 2 similar wall art. You inspire me to get going on the many items I’ve always thought I could do something with but never saw their true potential. Because of your beautiful videos and the creativity you display , I’m seeing their potential in a whole new way. Thank you.
You and the channel “Kathy Jo’s DIY” channel are Both are such amazing creators!!! 😍💪🏼 The stool is beautiful! So many of those are in our local thrift stores.
The mirrored shelf and jewelry cabinet turned out lovely, and I really like the way you combine separate pieces in projects. You're one of the best on UA-cam, and I enjoy your videos immensely. Thanks for the inspiration. 🤩💕
Sherry, I really liked the way you updated the floral pictures, the gold picture frames added to the frames, the cute little stool with pillow and especially the large vase with paint inlays. Great jobs, as usual.
I think the triple mirror shelf might be the best money maker. I think it could go for $40-$50 if not more. I love love love the picture flips. Everything is just lovely ❤
Suggestion, for grape vine wreaths use brown floral tape. For me, I preferred the cutting board in it's natural state. I like the idea of the decoupage but I like cutting boards to curtting boards. I love the little box but have noticed in my own home that absent light the pretty decor in the box is lost. I loved the floral prints. I also use dark waxes on picture frames. It just makes them so warm. Love the cotton trim on the stool. Cotton lace is wonderful for old pieces. I'm guessing the tri fold mirror would be your best up grade. That was beautiful.
*Sherry, so many FABULOUS UPCYCLES in this video❣️ I especially loved the crystal and velvet frame for your dimunitive floral pearl brooch, the 2 floral and 2 bird picture makeovers, and the darling lavender 💜 cutting board...my favorite colors are purple and green‼️💜💚💜💚*
Your creativity always amazes me! My favorites are the art pieces where you used different papers for mats and backgrounds. It’s surprising how a frame mat looks so expensive when it’s customized with a printed fabric or paper.
The two flower pictures were exceptional and the glass piece was excellent. Ty Sherry for such an interesting video ps i liked that little stool also. ❤️
I really enjoyed all of the thrift flips, yet I totally fell in love with how you upgraded the picture frames and the flower pictures 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 watching you combining your finds is always awesome ! Thank you
Oh my goodness, the 2 layered pictures at the end is my favorite, the blue and white paper with the bird prints look so very nice. And the little stool is just the sweetest! Thanks for such a great video, much love from California ❤
I just love that little stool! And the vase turned out so pretty too. All of the projects are lovely, but those two stood out to me. I hope you were able to sell them all. P.S. I forgot about the trifold mirror! Oh, that turned out so pretty! You have such a good eye and imagination!
I love the trifold mirrors. Even more, I love your "never quit," disposition. If you don't like where it's going, take a leap and change it.
Oh, that’s so nice of you to say! Thank you, Laurie! 😊
You amaze me with your ability to "see" what a old piece could be if redone. You are an inspiration to me
Sherry, there are artists, there are crafters, then there is you - a Composer of Subtlety. I just love your inspiring work! ❤
I think the tri mirror was adorable and worth way more than 4 times what you paid, I also loved the stool and metal vase, but everything was so inventive and will sell for more too, Sherrie, good job❤❤❤
I love them all, but the tall vase is stunning!
My favorite as well. So pretty!❤😊
I think the tri-fold mirror was the biggest change and best profit!
I don't know much about increase in value, but I know my favorite projects were both sets of picture frames. You are amazing. Your Virtual Neighbor, Liz
Thank you, Liz! A good floral or bird print is hard to resist!😊
I was blown away by the makeover of the trifold mirror!
Me too! at first I was thinking, Oh gee, how can she possibly transform that? The end product is just beautiful!
I work in a thrift store (in Australia). Only a few of us are allowed to price items to stop what you are seeing with the crazy prices. My favourites are the jewellery cabinet, mirror shelf, and cutting board. I would pay much more than four times the original price.
Once again, you've blown them all out of the park! No way I can pick a favorite!!!
Oh, thank you, Judy!
I’m not surprised to see all the products from today’s video have been sold. I loved the cutting board and the mirrored stand. They were all beautiful.
Oh, thank you, Ellen! You are so kind!
My favorite was the cutting board but I love lavender. I have so much in my garden right now, full of bees.
Sherry, Judging by all the sold signs I would have to say yes all your creations are worth 4X the purchase price. I love all your creations. Monday cannot come soon enough. Have a Blessed and safe week.
The stool is my favorite!! Sooo cute!!
Thank you, Jane! I was so glad to finally find a use for that doll blanket!
Wow, my favorite was…wait for it. ALL OF THEM!! Great ideas. Every time I watch a video by you I have to pause myself, go gather all the supplies and plan a mission for a project to do!! I love how you inspire all crafters to think out of the 📦
The little stool is adorable and I also like the picture with the William Morris print
Love them all, but I think the transformation and the cute cottage look of the trifold mirror is a favorite.
I really liked the trifold mirror shelf and the two floral prints. Everything you do is so creative.
Definitely the metal vase, it is gorgeous, and a close second for me is the green triple mirror project. Great job Sherry!
Hello Sherry! Love your revamps in the thrift items. Yes, it's ridiculous how much greed Goodwill is showing. They've lost sight of the meaning of a thrift store.

So many great ideas but that vase & pics with tissue were my favs.
The floral picture remake is definitely something I will do
I absolutely love the 3 panels mirror. I can't believe that was under $5. Like you said, it's s really strange how they price things at goodwill stores. You are so talented. ❤
I can`t believe how much inspiration you generate ! All pieces are gorgeous !
I’ve noticed a a lot of thrift stores in the Midwest have extremely high prices now, it’s ridiculous !
I love seeing the updates to the older pieces - especially the tri-fold mirror! The tall metal vase turned out so beautiful!
the mirrored shelf turned out great; and definately worth more than the quadruple price
Well, you did it again, Sherry! I cannot decide which one I like the best because I love them all! I would still love to live next door to you. Thanks for sharing your craftiness!
Oh my goodness!! Those floral pictures are absolutely gorgeous! I would pay as much as $50 for those!!
Your stash always has everything you need to transform your creations! You have such patience to make each piece a work of art! Loved the mirror wall hanging. The vase… let’s face it… I love everything that you do!😉
All 4 pictures& the heart cutting board are sure winners, but the little stool I absolutely adorable!!!

I really like that little stew. It’s so pretty now. And I like the metal vase. Also, those are my two favorites.❤

The very last project with the picture frames. You continually surprise me.
I love that tri fold mirror. Great projects.
Dang it Sherry by the time I get to watch EVERYTHING is sold out! Bad for me GOOD for you! You have such a creative mind. Love everything you do. TFS
You definitely made these pieces worth 4 times the original price my favourites were the first one and the tri fold mirror 😊❤
Thanks so much, Judith! 😊

I love how you create gorgeous artwork from boring or outdated pieces. I was so happy when you removed the transfers from the mirrors 😂😂😂😂
For me it was a toss up between the jewelry box and the trifold mirror shelf.. All the makeovers definitely greatly increased the value of the item. A definite win for this challenge.
Oh, thank you! The one time that I decided to buy only cheap items, I really struggled to find any that I liked!
It's a toss up between the vase with the paint inlay and the stool. Love them!
Wonderful flips today!!!
Sherry, I think this is the best work you've ever done. I love all the projects, but I think you've increased the value the most on two pieces that I consider art and not simply craft: the glass piece with jewelry and purple flower, and the frames within frames.

The glass clock holder with the brooch was a great idea, loved the chopping board. The mirror shelf is so cute. Oh who am I kidding I love them all.
The dark wood items flipped so well ! Otherwise in my area they'd be thrown away. Love the new box & cutting board ! The hearts are another tricky item to updo to sell . Yes! I so remember having to have heart wood decor ! Was all the rage !
Adore the sweet stool!❤ That and the vase have the greatest increase in value, IMHO. Brilliant projects, as always!

Thank you! The vase was my favorite, too!
The mirrored shelf and jewelry cabinet turned out lovely, and I really like the way you combine separate pieces in projects. You're one of the best on UA-cam, and I enjoy your videos immensely. Thanks for the inspiration. 🤩💕
The larger floral pictures are amazing. But then again, ALL your projects turn out amazing!!!❤❤❤❤
I love the stool!
Sherry, I really liked the way you updated the floral pictures, the gold picture frames added to the frames, the cute little stool with pillow and especially the large vase with paint inlays. Great jobs, as usual.
My faves: cutting board and 2 floral prints.
I loved all the projects but definitely fell in love with the mirror!
Oh, I just loved the folding mirror! It was so pretty when you were done!! ❤
They were all wonderful, but that tall vase was my absolute favorite. Thank you for all your great ideas and teaching.
I think the triple mirror shelf might be the best money maker. I think it could go for $40-$50 if not more. I love love love the picture flips. Everything is just lovely ❤
Oh, I can’t pick just one! But that green paint is just lovely!
I just love the reinvented jewelry box so much!!!!
The transformation of the trifold mirror was simply amazing!
I absolutely loved the green trifold mirror makeover. My favorite ❤
Suggestion, for grape vine wreaths use brown floral tape.

Everything turned out lovely, but my favorite also was the double mirror with shelf and cutting board😊
The two flower pictures are my favorites.
GENIUS. Every time I see anything bird I think of you along with grandma
I think my favorite and a good seller is the first project...the black jewelry cabinet! That one is lovely
I’m torn between the 2 floral prints and the little stool! I love both projects!! Guess it’s a tie for me! Loved this video!❤
Yay! Thank you! I was so glad to finally make use of that old doll blanket! 😊
My favorites are the tall metal vase and the repurposed small gold frames. They look fabulous and definitely quadrupled in value!
I really enjoyed all of the thrift flips, yet I totally fell in love with how you upgraded the picture frames and the flower pictures 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 watching you combining your finds is always awesome ! Thank you
Thanks so much, Sophia! I do love a pretty floral print!
The stool had the greatest transformation!!🥰
I love the stool! My daughter likes the black arched box with the yellow flowers. She's 8 years old and loves your Channel (when I let her watch) 🤗
Oh my goodness, the 2 layered pictures at the end is my favorite, the blue and white paper with the bird prints look so very nice. And the little stool is just the sweetest! Thanks for such a great video, much love from California ❤
Thank you so much, Leann!😊
Loved the tri-fold mirror and the frames.
I just love that little stool! And the vase turned out so pretty too. All of the projects are lovely, but those two stood out to me. I hope you were able to sell them all.
P.S. I forgot about the trifold mirror! Oh, that turned out so pretty! You have such a good eye and imagination!
The two William Morris matted botanical prints increased the greatest in value IMHO😊
