I strained my hip flexor last night and could barely lift my leg. I started doing all of these stretches for about 30 minutes and it’s night and day with how much better my hip feels after stretching. I’ll keep doing these stretches until I feel 100% but thank you for this video!
I see no benefit from stretching an already strained muscle. Im getting blood flow to affected area with other exercises that do not engage the hip flexor
I slipped a little in the snow and still had to walk to the grocery store. We weren't prepared for the amount of snow we got and needed food and I've seriously hurt myself.

I did a number on my hip flexor playing soccer. Will start these exercises immediately. Also curious what the OP's results were?
@@tjancijr I don’t know about stretches, but you should check out strengthening exercises.
I did everything in the video everyday for 3-4 weeks and I feel great! Now I’m back to doing what I love. Thank you! 10/10 👍🏽

How long do you recommend to not run or kick. Bc I play soccer and it is almost impossible to run and spring

I've been doing all these stretches subconscious not knowing if they were right so I came here. It's funny how your body knows sometimes.
What if I have pain what do I do then just stop?
yes, let it rest more and then start with the exercises about a week later

What does “do not stretch through the pain” mean? Do you mean stop if it hurts? Cause these stretches hurt BECAUSE MY HIP FLEXOR IS INJURED.

Going for a Recovery Walk ist alot better then these streches that will just make it worse

I don’t understand the reasoning behind stretching a STRAINED hip flexor. It’s strained, not tight.
