This guy is good. Please have him on the show more often
Yes please!
Coach Pablo is great! He gave applicable technical advice in small bite sized chunks. Bring him in more
Harry for the first time literally put his spin on his tennis
😂
Outstanding. One of the best explanations I've seen on the importance of a full shoulder turn.
Use this guy more. One of the best videos i have seen. So calm, relaxed and explanatory.
He seems like a knowledgeable tennis coach, I am a tennis coach myself. The one thing that strikes me is your wrist position on the takeback. You would never be able to create an effortless snap on the ball with your wrist in that position. It is really that snap that gives the acceleration, power and spin.
One of the best forehand video I watch in a long time!!
Way to go, Harry's forehand is looking really good, good job both coach and Harry.
I switched to the box forehand after watching a few WTA and ATP pros and one other thing that I found was to keep the racquet on the same side of the body. That is the racquet head doesn't go behind you, it stays on the forehand side as opposed to the takeback that goes behind your body.
Harry has lead from 8 to 4 - that's a lot of lead.
Amazing video! ❤
Very nice thanks
Great stuff! More coach pablo videos please!
Absolutely outstanding lesson.
wow. eye-opening stuff. More of teacher Pablo please🙏
Love it!!
👍 Great stuff, Great teach - please do more of this with this Coach 🙏🏻
enjoyed this video, pretty helpful
Can’t wait to get on the court and try this!
Thanks!
Excellent. Congrats, Harry, you ask some very good questions
Super simple. Super easy to implement. Super game changing instruction! Thank you!
Great find, Harry. The best advice I ever got. Now I am swinging!
Interesting. Thank you
Definitely one of your very best videos Harry...
WOW!!! best tip that's so simple!
really great teacher love the way he demonstrates things
Looking good!
i will try this out next time i go hitting. looks very helpful.
I think the instructor is recommending you should lead with elbow with racquet head following (lagging ) behind. Sequence at 11:56 looks like a pro ! 👍
Excellent way to describing it. I know the concept about the unit turn but this is a totally different way to describe it and makes alot more sense. Thank you!
Very good 👍
Good 🎾 coaching 👍🙏
good coach
Pablo is bravo.
load up the core twist power. Awesome tip!
Wow, this is really good. Some of the same info I've seen before, but much better presented.
Does Coach Pablo have a UA-cam channel?
As great as this lesson is, the one exercise that will benefit you the most are squats. You can turn all you want but if you have no flexibility and load from your lower body, your shots will be inconsistent every time since you are using small muscles are of the arm. Once I started squatting 50 times a day, my tennis game changed dramatically.
9:51 - Key point made in this video
10:33 - Demonstration
Hi Harry Coach Pablo is fantastic! Can you do a video for your One handed backhand aswell!
It's part of establishing the kinetic chain. I mentally always think about my shoulder in back, for both my forehand and my 2HBH. I'm driving each shot with the shoulder -- right shoulder on forehands, left shoulder on 2HBHs (I'm right-handed). It has helped immensely, in addition to the tip here to have the left hand on the racquet for forehands. But that doesn't work for the 2HBH so you have to think about that back shoulder driving the shot. The hips will follow so you don't need to think about them.
Somebody has to pull Harry's racquet from behind. It looks like he's hitting a wall half way not being able to have a full swing. It's more like a return of serve. This guy Coach Pablo is the most knowledgeable among all you have in your videos. I saw him once before, and now on this video. He’s very straight forward in conveying and dissecting all the components of the stroke in a very simple way.
Omg I literally felt the difference when I tried to shadow swing just now 😮
Harry's got so much lead on that Solinco that it looks silver metallic. Thought it was the Artengo TS960. LOL. 😄
Nice lesson. Thanks Coach Pablo and Harry.
Super firm on the grip Harry, and not catching the racket as you finish to make more body rotation
it would have been much better if we saw how coach pablo hits. was waiting for it. a video is worth more than a million words.
Thanks for the awesome content. One question about contact point: I always thought that the best is at hip level, but my son's coach (he is 10, plays in junior tournaments) advices him to hit the ball at shoulder lever. Any thoughts?
What if you have an eastern grip will it also help?
Your arming the ball
Interesting. I naturally catch the racquet up high on my forehand. Maybe that is old school. But I remember Venus Williams doing it.
Excellent tips from Coach Pablo !
I have a question for Coach Pablo: there are Coaches who say to finish the swing at shoulder level and that way get top spin. This is wrong Coach Pablo, what is your opinion ?
Good coaching by Pablo, even Harry learnt quickly...this old dog :)
Harry I told u many times to pull back
This small thing might make a big difference
He should feed the balls from the other side , now he is feeding towards him so he is struggeling with the distance Every coach should know this
Please get him to show us a backhand
Hey coach Rob watch out, Harry’s got a new bitchin forehand 👊😎
Dang pretty sure harry just added 10+ mph with the shift
ਸ਼ਵਾਰਟਜ਼ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ
lol. Bad luck Harry, you just switched to a longer racquet. If you learn this you might have to go back to a 27" stick.
Do opposite of Harry
Sorry I don’t understand what you are teaching.
Don't use your muscle power...believe your racket weight please...
Racket weight..and timings
This is such a good lesson!! Hopefully Hardy can have better content on like this
