Add ripe banana + your favourite fruits(optional)+ jaggery+ mixed dry fruits - cashew raisins+ pinch elaichi powder (optional)+ little grated coconut (optional)+ 1tsp ghee.. mash well and eat it.. Yum !!

I wanted you to share your views on *Brown Sugar as I'm confused between jaggery powder or sugar you mentioned in your videos. * In one of your video you've mentioned that we can eat milk and ripe banana however as per Ayurved and Rajiv Dixit Ji we should not eat them together as its viruddha aahar * In most of the receips of cakes we've seen usages of curd along with milk or usage of milk with lemon/vinegar to curdle the milk, is this right way? Hello! I made the very first dessert the kada prasad exactly how you mentioned it. I found too much ghee for this little quantity but i must say it was delicious. The only concern for me is, can we count this dessert as healthy.? 🤔If it is then I would like to make more often.😀

I wanted you to share your views on
*Brown Sugar as I'm confused between jaggery powder or sugar you mentioned in your videos.
* In one of your video you've mentioned that we can eat milk and ripe banana however as per Ayurved and Rajiv Dixit Ji we should not eat them together as its viruddha aahar
* In most of the receips of cakes we've seen usages of curd along with milk or usage of milk with lemon/vinegar to curdle the milk, is this right way? Need your suggestions
