I tried the other way. Maine besan ko bhun liya phir mixer me khajoor aur kismis ke sath blend Kiya and it got very well. I also mixed foxnut in it. It was delicious this way.
This is a very healthy preparation, I will try this soon. However, I just want to point out that - Sugar is sugar whether it comes from beetroot, sugarcane, raisins or from a sugar factory!!!
No...sugar that comes from fruit & chemically processed, bleached, deodorized sugat are poles apart. Processed sugar is a simple carb,enters your blood stream very quickly & causes sugar spike instantly. On the other hand sugar from fruit (no chemical) enters along with fiber, does get absorbed as quickly, so is definitely a hea. But yes, it is still a form of sugar, so moderation is key
Absolutely incorrect....sugar from a factory is chemically processed,stripped of fiber, unlike fruits, chemically bleached, deodorized....immediately enters your blood stream since it is a simple carb, causing instant sugar spike. Fruits have fiber, nutrients which are beneficial....key is moderation. Processed sugar even in moderation is harmful....it's like a slow poison
