George Takei was awesome in this. First Star Trek and Star Wars crossover! I love how Anakin, Ahsoka, and Aayla (A-Team!) each had their own unique fighting style.
TheNuisanceBird Both Anakin and Ahsoka used Form V but in different ways with Anakin focusing on the strength oriented applications and Ahsoka with the tighter and blaster-reflection applications. So it could be a mixture of the two.
I believe the energy would dissipate inside the gun causing it to explode if they stuck their guns half-way through the shield. They can however stick their guns entirely outside of the shield while keeping their bodies within the shield, however they obviously would not be able to aim properly if they did so.

Sadly, this episode or better yet the entire Maridun arc as a whole doesn't have many fans talk about it that much compared to the Ryloth and Malevolence Arcs from Season 1 . Oh, and LOL at 4:06-4:09 - Lok Durd: "There goes my Promotion."

I mean, this is coming from a military force that has their troops attack by moving at a slow march in a series of rows (which means the droids in the back are unable to properly fire in front of them). Live Action Ahsoka Tano TV Show... Never thought I'd see this come to pass. Ahsoka Tano - The Journey: ua-cam.com/video/OLzOr9fpt78/v-deo.html Just wow. I am slightly confliced on this because I also wanted to get an animated show with Ashley that is a Rebels sequel and I am guessing this is what we're getting instead. I am mainly interested in the story and with it being live action, it will probably have a higher budget so that is a good thing. Plus, Rosario did an amazing job as Ahsoka and I am sure she'll nail it again. Still, I really want more of Ashley's Ahsoka as well. Hopefully she'll appear in the Bad Batch though if she does, I am guessing she will have a rather small role in it. Will the Ahsoka show begin after we last saw her in the Mandalorian? That seems most likely to me but I am guessing we might see some flashbacks and get more backstory on what happened to Ahsoka in-between Rebels and The Mandalorian. The World between Worlds logo implies to me that we might learn more about her time on Malachor after Twilight of the Apprentice, which I think up to this day remains one of the greatest mysteries sourounding this character. Clearly Thrawn will play an important role in that show given the exposition we were given in the Mandalorian and I am guessing so will Ezra. Given how they announced this one big story event that will resolve the storylines of all these shows, Thrawn might end up being the main antagonist, perhaps Moff Gideon is indeed working with him in some manner.
If the clones could fire their weapons by just sticking them slightly outside the shield why didn't they do so from the start of the fight? I've seen the "blurry vision" argument but considering that droid tactics tend to be human wave style tactics they could have just shot at the group and likely would have still hit most of their targets.
Comment summary 10% about rex and bly standing outside the shield 10% about the separatist leader and kim Jong un 10% about that last droid in the first wave 10% about the lurman looking like droidekas 5% about the separatists leader's pelvic thrusts 5% about anakin's unnatural hopping ability 50% AaYla iS sO HoT

One of my favourite. Clone Wars Episodes
Literally 2 Jedi Masters 1 Padawan and 2 clones vs an entire battalion of droids
What happened to the other massive squad of battle behind the Separatist general at 2:53
If the clones could fire their weapons by just sticking them slightly outside the shield why didn't they do so from the start of the fight? I've seen the "blurry vision" argument but considering that droid tactics tend to be human wave style tactics they could have just shot at the group and likely would have still hit most of their targets.
I Miss this Times my friends. Thanks.
These 4 minutes and 40 seconds are better than the entire sequel trilogy

Yup. Twi'lek chicks. What can ya do?
at 0:03 Rex has an injury on his left arm but then it has his armor agian
Welp.. what can you do.
Looking back at this pause at 1:24 just right and look at Ahsoka's stance. I looked up the seven different lightsaber forms opening stances and hers is very close to the typical Form 6 stance. I never noticed that till now
I like how the Separatist Droid Army has organic officers.
1:24 pause
He kina reminds me of the warden from avatar
+Insu Kim Maybe because he is?
do a bath wath pokemon
Insu Kim his voice reminds me of commander sato from rebels.
Insu Kim same voice actor
Weird to say this about an intergalactic war but things feel so innocent in season 1. It was a wild ride from here
I love the high amouts of plot armor andbs in this series
It's not as bad as Rebels though. The show seems to make up for it due to the amount of characters that aren't in ROTS.
4:28 execution of droids
not exactly what Gandhi has taught us..
Noah Chompsky Ghandi probably never existed in the Star Wars universe
getrekm8 And noone like Ghandi, either?
Noah Chompsky If there is someone like Gandhi he would probably be killed by the sith empire
getrekm8 He would give on his conviction to the next one
Noah Chompsky If someone like Gandhi was there only the Jedi would probably listen
Sadly, Count Dooku was apparently impressed with the weapon sufficiently that it did see further service in the CIS. One can be seen firing on the Night Sisters when Grievous attacks Dathomir.
That episode was my favourite episode as a kid
If I had to say one thing Ahsoka had better reflects A specially judging that she uses Form V
+kasey h Ahsoka was a prodigee and I think she wouldn't die even if she was present during order 66. I'm glad she left the order though...
+༼ つ◕ω◕ ༽つ Wise Sage Doge I agree
kasey h I'm glad. :P
+༼ つ◕ω◕ ༽つ Wise Sage Doge ԅ༼ OωOԅ ༽ I wouldn't say Ahsoka's a prodigy. That'd be Luke.
+༼ つ◕ω◕ ༽つ Wise Doge not a prodigy, but a highly skilled jedi, for a padawan, she is surprisingly tough and powerful, then again, her master is anakin, a beast in combat and is on par with the council level masters in a fight, i believe by the time of Episode 3, only mace windu, yoda and obi-wan could have beaten him one on one, so it is obvious he passed on this to her.
Why can't the clone troopers at 1:42 be inside the shields with only the tips of their blasters outside so that they can shoot in safety?
Wallace Binghamton not enough time to kill all dem droids lmao
Ur the best, can't believe Disney hasn't blocked u yet, lol, THANK YOU, once again, for posting a great clip :)
Agreed
After recently reading a certain fanfic I can’t watch these 3 together anymore the same way again.
1:37 How did this woman get killed again?
She was shot in the back by soldiers she fought with for years.
Therapist: "Star Wars version of atomic bomb doesn't exist. It can't hurt you"
Star Wars version of atomic bomb: 0:37
I was thinking nuclear bomb, but ok
Such an underrated arc
One of my fave episodes.
Roger Roger
What happened to anakin in this episode
He got injured saving General Secura, Commander Bly, Commander Tano, and myself. There was an incoming explosion
Im almost positive that Lok Durd's assistant got squished by that piece of the defoliator but they cut away just before it happened lol
This is awesome.
