      I'm not a black man, honestly but I live in the deep south (Mississippi). It's pretty much a melting pot of diversity. I gotta say, I noticed the shift in voting. My BM is black and she has a few family members that decided to vote red for the first time along w some of the Latino population. All Americans know by a trip to store to get gas or groceries, we need a change.
      I also am not surprised Trump campaigned for a fraction of what the Harris campaign did. The democrats has nothing going for them. Trump was the only one who gave any solutions. They honestly lost it for themselves.
      If we can put an end to the identity politics, Americans can finally get back to thriving. I've met so many people who feel like it's mandatory to vote democrat. Some feel like the democrat party is doing them favors. All they've ever done is hold people down by intentionally dividing us. I'm so excited to see if we can end that stupid dividing line and just be Americans

    • @adammetz7063
      @adammetz7063 17 годин тому +1

      Agreed, except--he should have just said *bigotry*. Not "soft" bigotry......bigotry is bigotry. Putting the word "soft" in front makes it seem not as bad.....but if I think a certain people are simply incapable of figuring out how to obtain an ID, their brains just can't handle that complex task (which is what the left says)--am I a bigot, or am I a "soft" bigot? I'm just a bigot.
      Anyway--I'm with you, I just don't like that Bush decided to call it "soft" bigotry. It's simply BIGOTRY, period. It's like when people say "reverse racism"--I can't stand it! There's no such thing. Racism is racism, no matter which direction it's going. Period.
      Anyway, I'll get down off my soapbox now......😂

    • @KtotheG
      @KtotheG 17 годин тому +5

      @@adammetz7063 It's soft because you're not hurling racial slurs and epithets. That would be hard. Nuance is often required for more precise communication. Everything doesn't need a hammer.

    • @adammetz7063
      @adammetz7063 14 годин тому +1

      @@KtotheG I understand all of that. I just don't agree.
      I DO agree with you that we often need to apply some nuance to our discussions. I'm just saying that *this* particular discussion does not require nuance.
      The left literally says that the "POC" community is not smart enough to figure out how to get an ID for themselves. And that's just one of MANY examples I could use to demonstrate their belief that POC's are not smart enough for basic tasks. In my opinion, that is JUST as "bigoted" as "hurling racial slurs and epithets," as you mentioned.
      Calling it "soft" bigotry implies that it is not as malicious as "other" manifestations of bigotry. I strongly disagree with that premise. Just because you happen to not be using a certain word or a certain vernacular, does NOT mean that you are being any less bigoted, in my opinion. In fact, I would argue that "soft bigotry" is often WORSE and MORE pernicious than so-called "hard" bigotry.
      If you don't agree, that's fine. We'll just have to agree to disagree. But don't make the assumption that I don't understand the "difference" that people are touching on with these terms, or suggest that I don't understand or appreciate the importance of nuance.
      I simply don't agree with the *application* of said "nuance."

Because anyone in psychology (or who can think clearly) knows that people almost always follow the leader. “If dad or mom does it, it’s okay.” In the same way, “if the president does it, what’s wrong with me doing it?” We don’t need a society of people following Trump’s character example!

      @jayshah9967 true that may be but that's in both organizations..... do you seriously believe that Trump is going to look out for the best interests of black americans. No, you can tell by how he's appointing in his cabinet. And let me explain something to you because I don't know how old you are. But it seems as if there's a lot of youngsters and young men who are voting for him our generation z's. These are people who were born during the Progressive Era or the liberal era. Meaning.. a time when liberals had control not only of the culture.. but of the government. Over the past 35 years since the mid-90s. Onward.. a lot of people never lived on Earth are restrictive Republican government.. and that is who is in power now..... tends to have a very strong white male orientation.. and you're going to find out.

      How you get 81% and 20%? 101%? Well the numbers are 79%(way below Obama, Clinton and Biden) so 21% is enough for the GOP to win.

      That's the media old and narrow minded. One person represents an entire group /race
      Yeah that delucional thinking is of the past.
      But yes the majority of black men follow the loudest person in the room. As that will get them material things. And that will help them survive. Which will make them feel good. Ultimately most of what we do is based on some emotion. But men want to deny that 😂🤡
      Oh well things will go down eventually

    What percentage of voting Black men voted for Trump in this last election? Maybe 20%? Probably the same as in 2020? Why are we acting as if there was some huge shift within the Black male community?

    Nothing against her personally, but he SHOULD have asked a black men ABOUT BLACK MEN. Men who are masculine to various degrees don't want a woman to speak for him. So many black conservative men on social media and some who has run for local/state offices. Trump would have had enough sense to do this.
    This shows a lack of respect for black men. Right, left or other; they will never disrespect another group of people like this.

    You guys are always getting black women to speak for black men... and when a network or media company does get a black man, he's usually from the LGBTQ+ community. There are plenty of straight, masculine black men who can speak for us and deliver our message more precisely. I'm sure that they can't be too difficult to find.

    You want someone who is perfect? Are you going to be ready to accept perfection when it comes. Sounds like you're ready for judgment of the country because you want perfection and you're perfect. You want a perfect ruler, why because you see yourself as a perfect person, that's why? Playing God, is a serious matter. Be careful, sir what you're getting your ownself and the country into because you seem more interested in righteousness than anything else. Seems like you're setting the pace for where we're heading as a nation.
