Thanks for doing this video. It was very easy to understand. Planning on getting a 2022 42 inch RZ-C with the Kawasaki engine when the 2022 models come out; God willing.
Glove recommendation, the yellow Playtex dishwashing gloves. They are a little bit thicker, have good dexterity, and excellent grip. And they last a very long time.
Congrats on your new mower. I'm loving mine so far. It is definitely one of the easier oil changes I've done. I wish auto makers put as much thought into servicing vehicles as mower manufacturers have.
I bought my Spartan RZ-691 with 54" deck about a month ago. It has almost 12 hours on it. I love mine. The manual says first oil change at 25 hours, and then every 100 hours after that. Was wondering what made you change it at 16 hours. Thanks.
I don't have a real good reason to be honest. I tend to do the first oil change early on everything. It's cheap and just makes me feel good for whatever reason. It probably isn't beneficial but it can't hurt. Yeah I love mine so far too. Have you added anything to yours? I'm thinking about getting the manual shield for mine.
@@sleepersftw My dealer had the light for $100 cash and carry. But after paying him cash for my mower , I didn't have an extra$100 on me at the time. I want the quick chute for mine. I think it's like $199.
Dang that's not a bad deal on the light for plug n play. The setup I did I probably have about half that into it but I spliced into the factory harness and it was a little more labor installing it. I do wish I had paid more attention and bought more of a flood light that what I did, but overall I'm pretty happy with the setup. I don't expect to use it often either but there were a couple times I wished I had it so I'm glad I did it. That's the same price I was quoted on the quick chute. I ended up ordering the manual chute just because I don't think I'll be adjusting it a lot but we'll see.
Thanks for putting this out there, very well done and easy to follow.
Great video!!
