I had mine in my RAM for bout a year now never had any problem with it AT ALL ... Love it
I just ordered mine, talked to the customer service before I bought it. Will be shipped out next business day and will be in my hands with in 3-5 days. I did pay for express shipping. Otherwise would be 2weeks! I’m getting excited!

@@Tinman76 only issue I had was UA-cam kept going into pip mode, with update that was fixed, I can’t update Netflix due to the fact it will not work if I do, lastly Hulu not available. Other than those small issues this radio is awesome!! Sound is great, you do have to figure out the eq. Everything functions! Well worth the buy!
@@Sololobo84 thank you sir. No Hulu and Netflix that’s disappointing. HBOmax? Apple TV? That kind of stuff working or no? Looks like a great unit probably going to get it regardless just curious. Spotify works NP? That and Waze are really my go to anyway.
@@Tinman76 no Apple TV, haven’t tried hbo max. But Tubi, Funimation, prime video, and paramount + work. Right now I’m using carwebguru to customize screen

I upgraded to a Durango gt steering wheel. Looks awesome and it cheap to do. Paddle shifters work as well

@@Tinman76 Well, where do I start. The unit is awesome HOWEVER i did and still do have much problems. The A9 version they sent me had no sound, so they sent me another one an A11 newest version ( why they didn't send that first is beyond me) still no sound when connected to Bluetooth. Had to leave out for 1 week while they bench tested theirs and then I got a phone call saying I have to leave USB cable unconnected as that was causing a conflict and giving me no sound at all, once I did that everything on Bluetooth now worked. BUT the radio ( FM,AM) now doesn't work because im assuming it doesn't run off Bluetooth , which for now doesn't matter as I use car play and everything associated to that is working for now. Im hoping they iron out the bugs so this will one day work 100% but the screen is awesome, car play is awesome. Support is ok but you really have to stay on top of them as they sometimes are slow to reply.

I need this for my 2018 Big Horn. My original is all over the place switching radio stations, calling people, etc.
I've had mine for 2.5 years. Never had any problems.
Great unit....better than any other out there. Phoenix isn't same as thos one from Autotec. Phoenix is junk and customer service sucks.

I am assuming you ordered this unit and had it shipped to the US. If that is the case, did you have to pay any customs duties?

Great video. I do have one question. If you have factory nav, how did you connect that to the unit? i saw you you had a nav antenna that came with the kid; why would you need that if one wants to use the factory nav?
Do you still have access to your trucks configurations like how long do leave your headlights on after you turn the truck off heating your seats when the weather is cold things like that?

Did you ever figure out how to keep the top of the radio bezel to stay clipped in? The top two clips keeps releasing

Appreciate that bro! Check the link to make sure but I don’t see why not!
The big perk to these radios are the factory ac, heated seats etc are on screen. You cannot just stick any radio in. These are for 2013 up, to new style Ram. The 2011 Ram takes a different type radio, but they do Make them for your truck. 2011 is a lot easier to upgrade.

Also what is the canbus for I didn’t get one I called they said I didn’t need it anymore I am confused because you model isn’t that much different from mine I have a 5g antenna a 4g+ antenna to screew on and a gps also but I don’t see that on your unit wish I could email you a pic of the back also I want the directions you have from the manufacturer I ordered my px6 straight from phoenix and got no info. The video they have the kid doesn’t explain it all the way

Got mine in last week but I have a five channel amp to add to it so that is gonna be a little different also still asking if you added the SIM card for the internet I want to know where you found the IMEI in the unit so I can get it and add the sim. Also did yours come with a code on the box mine has a number on the box under the description I got the 8gb/128gb

Mine is a 17 ram 1500 laramie with alpine system. I had one of these unit but for me it was a huge disappointment 😞 sound quality was horrible!! I had to return it which I'm glad I did it!!
