this was based on a officer named tony Horne he did clean up and reggae he was out of Fla.. he was one of the best cop/bouncer he did not play around ,the movie had taken some keys from him and used it in the movie.. tony Horne was a enforcement officer agent out of Tampa Fla. where they got the story from 17 years then he retired in 2019. he still one of the best one to humt you down and he will find you
