Alcohol is seriously aging Conor’s face. Mans is a full on alcoholic
No thank you.
Dude ur a fantastic interviewer!
jake i think you're too good for them hahaha especially the girls sitting next to the other jake. Jake Gyllenhaal never disappoints
Question for you, how intimidating was it interviewing Connor?
Conor genuinely looks like he had a great time making this
Looks like he is having too much fun 😂😂 the lad looks like he just hit a few lines.
@@johnbuble1094 And you doubt that?
Looks like he's been up all night chewing ears
He looks genuinely out of his mind.
Looks like he's injecting Botox directly into the eyebrows..
Conor was the best choice to play the opponent. He just look intimidating in real life. That translated perfectly in the film.
He's a washed up mess
@@robertm3327Hahaha. He might be washed but he's no mess. Just on a lot of blow. I thought he was cleaning up his act and because he has kids wasn't doing any of the stuff around his kids.

Love him or hate him (and I love him), Connor's achievements have been incredible. Real life rags-to-riches story and he did it the hardest way imaginable, taking huge risks and literally throwing himself into the arena. Impossible to not admire what he's accomplished.
He was on welfare. Not rags... Don't exaggerate his condition. He had a roof over his head and was living lower middle class maybe. He wasn't poor
@@kelvinmathew6076true, but still. The gap between him then and now is enormous. It’s an inspirational story for sure.

Jake is a genius and yet so humble. Respect.
I just remembered that Patrick Swayze was in Donnie Darko with Jake G!
My first thought when he asked that question. I was like “I guess Swayze can’t do Darko”
@@jmacyourlifethey could’ve switched roles! Wouldn’t have made any sense though HAHA
In another interview, Jake said he has a tattoo in Roadhouse to honor Patrick.
Oh Connor’s geekin😂. He got that Hollywood yayo plug
Not as bad as the interview with Jake. Man, he was twitchy as hell in that one.
Patrick Swayze and Jake G once starred together in one of the greatest movies ever made, and certainly my favorite - "Donnie Darko". Sad that movie was not mentioned here. This was meant to be.
Wait swayze was in the movie “Donnie darko “ I need to rewatch this
@@johnkreese4706 He played the "enlightened p guy"
Donnie darko is a cult classic
Even though Conor was pretty vocal about film being a tough process to work in you can only hope he likes the end result enough he considers doing more of it in the future, definitely plays the role of the villain well
If the movie does good profit we will see more of Connor in Hollywood
Gyllenhaal is a hall of fame actor at this point, at least in my book. From October Sky, Donny darko, Enemy and End of Watch, to some of my personal favorite films like Prisoners and Nightcrawler. A true talent through and through 💐💐🏆

It's extremely unfortunate that Amazon MGM changed their minds about the initial theatrical release.
They didn’t. They offered the director two options. $65 mill budget & theatrical release
Or $85 and straight to streaming.
They chose the money
What a strange deal@@crashingcoyote
@@crashingcoyote if they chose the money, why are they protesting?
Not for piracy tho.
That’s not what I heard, I read somewhere that they were told by Amazon Prime it was going to go to the Theaters first but then right near the end they changed their minds and said it’s going straight to Prime and the director wasn’t happy at all about it
John Wick fight scenes are something else. Never have I seen an action scene that lasts that long, with clear camera angles and no cuts. It is so refreshing in a genre where half the time you barely understand what is happening during a fight.
Omg THIS. So many Action Movies nowadays you can hardly follow what is going on. Recent James Bond movies might be the worst tbh
Dude I hope you realize with modern technology they can stitch together scenes and make it look like 1 take, they do that in a lot of movies
The judo is dope
Eh.. I kinda give props to some of those fights but can't help it when John is fighting 5 dudes if you watch them they are walking into him, planning their roundhouse punches and tbh I see it as way over-choregraphed. When they slice and edit sure, but so many looked silly. Watch the enemies not John and you'll see it can look slow and ugh... Just my opinion..
The Bourne Identity was dope
yeah, this is my top pick for movie combat too. Was glad he chose that.
Your trendy ghetto expressions are very Dope(y).
People that don’t know who Conor was… like really was. Imagine this carisma from a guy who was predicting how and when he was gonna knock people out. What a time that was. Miss seeing him in interviews
Jake Gyllenhaal is so under rated. People easily forget the number of great movies he has been in.
For me personally, anything I see that he will be appearing in is a must watch for me. he is up there on my list of greatest actors
@@draqon09 True. And yet I feel he has never gotten the respect he deserves.
The interviewer is incredible at what he does! Incredibly respectful and likeable. New subscriber here 👏🎉
Hope the movie comes also on Blu Ray
This interviewer with awesome energy and asking great questions. Usually I don’t even think about that or notice it. But well done. I like hearing the actors answer these questions where they have to actually think about.
Like how humble Jake is. Seems like a guy you would like to hang out with.
Dude Conor eyebrows ain’t chill anymore 😂

Jake is such a consummate professional, very graceful, energetic and a really cool guy! Jake is equally great as well. Have fun determining which Jake I’m talking about in my comment. ;) Great interview, to bring it back to the channel. :)

Conor is rocking those Joker eyebrows. The Botox is definitely kicking in.
It’s HGH and roids
His face looks different. I hope he stops whatever it is.

for me: he is fucked up with a lot of money
@@Zzzz-ze1zkit’s definitely looking better then when he was on the roids though. his shit was looking like a bowling ball. if he grew his beard like he had it while in the ufc, i think he’d look like how he use to
Oh man, I thought I was going crazy, thinking am I the only one who thinks his eyebrows look ridiculous, but then I saw your comment. Those things look pinned up there; I’ll never understand why men get work done. To be honest I dont understand why women do, but women seem way more focused on looking young. But for men, who cares what you look like lol, especially when you’re naturally decent looking already.
Damn, Conor looks high AF😮
Asking Conor about getting into a fight at a bar was hilarious! Of course it all depends on how old the other guy is
You meant Jake Paul 😂

Jaw unhinged
He was born for this role haha
It's not method acting if you start being that character years ahead of time
What’s cool is boxing is a sport and competitive. Filmmaking is collaborative. So it’s so cool to see Conor no longer putting on that “I’m better than everyone” “I’ll beat all of you” “everyone else sucks!” Persona which works when it competition and just being friendly and respectful and complimenting the stunt team and everyone while in a collaborative space
I loved Jake in End of Watch.
conor geeked out of his mind on snow, and luckily put with the b squad to keep him in his place, great showing for the irish
Lol. I really do hope the dude gets clean and sober because if not he could be dead by 50 at this rate. Blow can shorten a lifespan by quite a bit if not quitting it. He needs to go to some therapy or something.
That makes sense why they answered for him a couple times lol

Great interview but I was suprised it wasn't brought up that Jake worked with Patrick Swayze in Donnie Darko
Just got done watching the movie, those fight scenes were some of the best I've seen in movies.
Bar Fight Scene from "Avengement" took over as my fav for greatest fight scene in recent times
Jon wick 4 fight scene with Scott atkins was also sick
@@gabagoolovahere5869 was good too for it being mainstream. Usually mainstream movies have trash fights scenes. If Stahelski makes a stand alone movie with Adkins as lead, guarantee we'd have an overnight success and new leading man in mainstream action movies.

Great interview!
Jake is the best
Definitely can't wait to see the movie!
It's getting positive reviews
Great interview! Great movie! Time to watch it again! 👊🏼🎬
I love Jake's honesty. "I'm an actor. I've worked with the best fighters for training when it calls for it in my film career, but i would get KO'd if i challenged the best professional fighter, straight up" 😂 can't wait to see it, Jake💪
Best movie fight scene of all time is THEY LIVE
Jake is so unbelievably talented.... he crushes the every role he takes. This cast is great trailer looks awesome! Cannot wait.
As a fellow Jake, I appreciate this interview.
Well looking forward to this film
Jake being humble. With all the training he has gone through for movies like Southpaw and Road House among others, on top of being in phenomenal shape, he could no doubt whip the average man in a fight. Likely even a quite above average fighter.
The interviewer must not have known that Connor has actually punched an old man at a bar 😭😂
no1 cares.move on.
How is Conor’s eye brow so pointy suddenly
I was thinking the same thing 🤔😂
Evil Conor
Botox
def steroids
Steroids can increase the production of bone in the body, particularly in the face and skull. The teeth are also able to spread out as the mandible and maxillae grow (jaw bones above and beneath the teeth). An overgrowth of one's forehead often results in a “Hulk” like look.
This movie remake was outstanding. Those brutal fight scenes were incredible. All the actors were incredible. 10/10 all round. 😊
Great interview! Great questions!
Just saw the movie, awesome & the gay love scene (was not expecting but LUVVVED IT) with Jake and Conor was brilliantly acted and subtly done, great retelling of a fab classic. 10/10
Hahahahahahahaha instead of fighting, they just bonk out their differences?! No sure if I'll watch this one now.
Oh no, there is plenty of fighting in the movie, so fans of the original or just action fans will like it. The love scene deals with repressed feelings and how they can be turned into violence, i thought is was beautifully done and a real surprise, was not thinking there would be any in a nowadays remake. Great movie.@@sp.8632
never seen either movie but the family guys scenes are starting to make sense now
Roadhouse is one of my all time fav movies, it helped spawn my 30 years in the bouncing profession and how to do it right. I love Jakes choice for movies to watch as Point Break is another classic movie for me. I have watched both movies many many times each.

Look how happy and excited Connor is. This is great.

Connor always chirps up his team. Love how he mentioned the stunt team BY NAME multiple times
I would've loved to have seen Patrick Swayze in "Source Code" I can just see Patrick saying "I'm going to save her Goodwin!!" It would've been a perfect role for him
Jake Gyllenhaal can play any role, from Brokeback Mountain to UFC fighter
Conor is straight up tweaking watch him the entire interview don't stop watching. He's twitching and everything lol
What’s happen to Coner’s eyebrows😂

Ok I just watched last night, great movie everyone killed it. The storyline, the actors, and the setting. Make more like this Netflix
awsome to see conor and jake together, gotta love them both.
Their chemistry is great but Daniela seems really shy though
which is strange considering she's that gorgeous. I think it's her accent that makes her shy.
@@emano43 Shy women are very beautiful to me, but maybe it's because some of them weren't always thinking that they were beautiful or were told that they are not beautiful.
Who wants Jake Gyllenhaal to have a UA-cam channel?
Dude is busy. I doubt he has time for this.
It's interesting to see Connor acting so civil. From the few clips I've seen, he did a freaking awesome job.
I absolutely guarantee that jake can hold his own from all the training he has had in the movie industry. Being able to “fake fight” is actually harder than you think it is. Plus hand eye coordination is worked on so much plus they usually go through the foundations of stand up skills no matter what
Conor always seems to be coked out of his mind 😂
I don't know what Conor's future as a fighter looks like at this point, but I think, if he wants to follow in the footsteps of Arnold and the Rock, he could be a major action star. Even in the trailer, he steals every frame.
He's too tiny for Hollywood.
@@mudhamartin1162Tom Cruise is tiny too
@@TripsXBro. Conner isn't frigging Tom Cruise
@@el34glo59 Why is Tom Cruise special?
This movie was ridiculous, but I do admire the novel fight scene tecniques they used. It's a pretty badass move to show a head butt from the side angle and make it 100% look like contact was made. At first, I thought McGregor was bad...but I'm trying to picture someone else doing that role and I can't. He can't act(yet), but he does have some great screen presence.
I'm going to be honest Roadhouse is one of my favorite movies and when I heard a remake was being made I did doubt it but after watching the preview I think it's going to be a pretty good movie
Jake 100 percent could handle himself in a fight . Just from his training from southpaw alone he could knock most people out
😂 cowboy up.... 🤣
True, most people can't throw a proper punch. With Jake's basic training he already has an advantage over the average guy.
