Marble breakfast cake
6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have)
1tbsp vanilla flavor
1/4 cup maple syrup
2tbsp ghee
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour
1 tsp baking soda
First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.
Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

🌿ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 and a half cup water
1/2 tsp dish soap
10 drops of jasmine or lemon oil
For fall vibes change the essential oils to :
3 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
3 drops of pumpkin spice essential oil
3 honey apple essential oil
🌿GLASS CLEANER
50% water + 50% vinegar
or
50% water + 50% rubbing alcohol

That cheese recipe looks amazing
You can prepare the zucchinies, cut them in pieces and keep them in bags per meal into the freeze for winter. But you have to use them frozen and cook them for 10-15 minutes. You can do the same with all the summer vegitables. Any way you can try this in a small amount and see if you like it. Please forgive my english, love from Greece!

Noemi, those yellow zucchini flowers, my mom picks in the morning and are edible. Especially good in eggs!. She collects and freezes. When she makes zucchini fritters she chops up the flowers in there too!
Wow, so glad that the garage door was fixed. HA on climbing in the car through the driver's door. We owned a car that we had to do the same thing ... it was a pain! So glad you were able to get out and about though.

For the salad idea...you can also steam cook them, add olive oil,lemon juice, salt, garlic, fresh herbs(parsley, dill, fennel, mint, oregano). Delicious 😁🥰

Hi Noemi, The yellow wild flower you picked grows in our garden, too. The year we moved to our place it was full with black and yellow striped caterpillars which my daughter called “Tiger pillars” because of their stripes. We got curious and did a bit of research and found out that the yellow flowers are ragwort and the caterpillars that feed on them are cinnabar moth caterpillars. The cinnabar moth is not native to America, but was introduced by European settlers to control the ragwort which is poisonous if the cattle eats it. The cinnabar moth is beautiful with red and black wings. I thought I would share this for fun. My daughter was about 6 years old at the time and did enjoy our nature research so much :)

I used to do lemon juice but now I blend the entire lemon as it is healthier because there are wonderful properties on the peel.
I do that with the celery and lemon drink! The two taste so good together! 😃

Somebody said in the comments you can freeze them but you have to use them right out of the freezer. I think anything with lot's of water in them is hard to keep the texture after freezing them 💗

You can use any bread you like! I like to toast them in a little ghee or oil. The chicken breast was made in the oven I just coated with tons of spices and herbs! I have the shootie recipes in my older videos. That's why I don't shared them because I have in my older ones and I don't want to be repetitive but you can find it if you go back to my older vlogs!
