@@MadebyMarley oh your a Treasure. Thanx honey . I’m trying my hardest to work through all your brilliant videos 😊is there any recent ones in the past weeks 🤔or have you been Too busy x
I realise one video a week sometimes two last weeks was the vintage seed packet piece, which you have watched. This week's video will be tomorrow and its a valentines day vintage tattoo piece, it's a challenge/competition . I hope you like it x x
The Good Lord has blessed you with amazing gifts! Thank you for providing wonderful in-depth tutorials which allows us to take an artistic journey with you! Love, love this piece!
Awww I forgot about those but I will see what I can do for the next release funny I was thinking about you the other day I have been looking at possibly getting some fabric printed like you suggested... Sorry the the ones you liked didn't get in this round Lel x x
Thanks Mojo the orange is so bright and cheerful teamed with the blue and pink.... I'm glad you liked the video. The decoupage paper is released tomorrow so not long to wait... And there will be a short release video tomorrow x Lel ❤️
Whaha ha..... Oh my I'm really laughing... Well you know what to do just apply texture wherever you think you need to to frame out and give your furniture a wee lift and interest.... Go go you Let me know how it all goes x Lel x
Really funky piece, it's perfect for my skoolie that I'm building with my husband, I'll have to remember this for when I do my cabinets in it. Thanks again!
Obsessed!!! I just ordered some decoupage paper and can't wait to try my own dresser! Maybe I missed it in the video, but can you please share what you used to seal it with? Thank you!
I sealed this piece with lacquer but any top coat will do, this was before I had finally made up my mind what I really thought the best product was to apply however if you see the release video I have decided mod podge is really the best so when you apply them just apply and seal them with mod podge and then if you seal your whole piece with a top coat or wax and they will have longevity and look great...... Any questions. I have set up a made by market magic clan for the decoupage on Facebook where you can show and tell everyone what your making and get any questions asked along the way. I'm glad you liked this piece. Lel x
Hello Deb it's tomorrow at around lunch time 1.30am Just go to our website there's free world wide shipping..... Until we get distributors sorted... X Yat Lel x
Dear Lel…I’m wondering if you could provide a tutorial using this decoupage paper on a night stand…would, like to see how you apply this to a smaller piece:)
I used our own range of decoupage paper and just some really cheap Stencils from Amazon gave a look. Just type in Indian Stencils... They have loads x Lel x
Hiya, where will I find this absolutely gorgeous paper please as well as the liquid gold you've used. Can you add a link please. I'm dying to use both. You've got my number with these two items. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Can you do a blue/green/turquoise mix with the same pattern please. Stunning. I cannot stop watching this. Maybe if you put links up for your stamps and stencils to try and get a commission?
Hi Barbara the decoupage paper is our own brand and it's launching tomorrow and is available on our website www.madebymarley.co.uk the gold acrylic is a UK only product but I will get marty to look for an equivalent product that he can drop you a link. I didn't put all the Stencils and stamp links in the description as marty has done this so many times... Ha ha Barbara I'm a creature of habit and use the same ones but they just came from amazon I will also get him to link this to for you. Do you mean design a decoupage paper with these colours or do you want to see me do a piece of furniture in a bohemian style in these colours let me know do I can get back to you I'm super happy you enjoyed this tutorial... Lel x
@@MadebyMarley hi, firstly, I am in the UK. Lol. No I meant that exact design you used on the bottom section but just in blue/green colour ways. If that makes sense. I really love your boho/Indian styles. It's really up my street.
Oh Barbara I'm so sorry.... I am so used to subscribers from the states asking about products my apologies. Okay... Then this is very easy then the gold acrylic I use is from a company called guild Lane.... They do various types of liquid guiding acrylic gold platinum, bronze and rose gold and many others ..... Its great and it last for ages and ages.... I'm an ambassador for them so I'm not quite sure of the prices but I think its around £15 but as I say it lasts. I don't have that exact pattern in a blue and green as in the orange one which is called my " oh my darling Clementine" but have a look tomorrow at the papers when they are launched there are a few Indian inspired designs one in blue and greens.... That I think you might like... If you still want one like the orange one but different email me through our website and I will see if I can do something for you... Lastly the Indian Stencils are from amazon they are in a pack of 8 and they were around £8 Hope this helps And can I just really thank you for watching and let you know how much I appreciate you. Lel x x
Hi Joanne, Thanks for asking. We don't currently have a stockist in Melbourne but we are happy to offer you free shipping from the UK. You can order here: www.madebymarley.co.uk/decoupagepaper Hope this helps Martyn x
Wow, I have a piece that's about the same size with a marble inset on top that sits in my foyer across from my front door. I recently painted my adjoining kitchen yellow and have white cupboards. The foyer will get painted a lighter yellow soon. I have white shelves with lots of blue and white chinoiserie in kitchen, visible from the spot where the drawer piece sits. I would love to put a design on the drawer piece that compliments the chinoiserie on the shelves. The doors close by are white. Can you recommend papers, stamps, stencils that I could use on the drawer piece? Blues, white, a small bit of red soft greens. I could show you photos, not sure where. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all the great ideas you teach, hello to Martin too! I have a few photos of recent kitchen upgrade on my art page my art page @Debra L Pate Art
Hmmm Deb.... There are many blue and white transfers or you could try some of the IOD paint inlays.... If I was you as I said before I would use a stamp and blue ink.... X
Hi Cheryl, we are sorry about the sound, I'm trying to improve it with new microphones, Lel is just very softly spoken, I'll turn her up even more in the editing process. Hope you hear the difference soon. Thanks for letting us know and for your kind comments xx Martyn
