    When you did B Part at the end after completing 4 steps then you lifted the right leg up and bent the head downward then did C part. Please clear my doubt

      Part A and part B are same in part A first lift right leg and in part B lift left leg .
      And in part C legs will be on floor backwards bending forward bending and then backwards bending come out in last posture namaste .
