I was 23 when I started TRT, now 24, whenever I look back at what might’ve caused it, I think back to 4th-10th grade where I would always use old Gatorade bottles for water (the ones they sell Gatorade in, not the green reusable squeeze bottle.) I would keep washing and reusing them for water and sometimes I’d use the same 3-4 bottles for years. Well needless to say after all the washing, UV exposure, and hot and cold exposure, the bottles went from transparent to translucent, closer to opaque. God knows how many micro-plastics and chemicals I drank in those 7 years, right during puberty too. Not to mention the anti-depressants I started in 9th grade.
    It all makes me cringe.

I was addicted to OPS for five years and I never had a single issue other than overdosing and I can be brought back constantly lol. That’s a joke. I’ve been on methadone for seven years and currently tapering. My testosterone has been nonexistent for years. The doctor has currently got me on 100 mg injectable once weekly and I’m terrified of starting it because I don’t want to stop my bodies. Someone please give me guidance because I don’t know if my testosterone will return after Terry Perry, the methadone or if I should start testosterone therapy or not I’m just so tired of not having sex and it’s about to ruin my relationship.

Get a book called ‘the ageless man’ it’s a book by a French doctor and it shows this dr was curing men with arthritis, diabetes, heart problems just by putting their hormones at the correct level.

Something changed as wth has caused and causing low testosterone in young men, I am 54 and first time I had to go on TRT but in my twenties I had very good and high testosterone levels and even at 19 to 22 I did use testosterone as a body builder and not much and short cycles and I'm glad I did as I did very well with returning to good testosterone levels and even in my forties until I turned 50 and everything went down and using natural boosters and foods that support testosterone I couldn't get my levels to high no matter what I did, I ended up with test levels at 220 and only 265 try to do it naturally. Not going to happen, I really want to know what is happening to keep a man's testosterone low. I finally feel great on TRT and was hoping not to have to go this route but it didn't happen.

TRT is a lifelong treatment so if you are now on TRT you should see the benefits over time. Thanks for the insightful comment and sharing your story.

@@balancemyhormones I feel fantastic on TRT and it's made a incredible difference in energy and clear thinking and times I get powerful sense of well-being I don't ever want to experience what I did when my hormones were low and you don't know how bad you are until you feel great again, TRT is not a little difference it's a huge difference.

Get an ultra sensitive estradiol level checked. It needs to be in the low 20s. The normal range is 20-40 but some guys are more sensitive to estradiol. If it’s high find a doctor that will give you one letrozole tablet s month. Docs are afraid of this drug because the super high doses used in female cancers has some bad side effects. You won’t have that with the low dose.
