I'm so glad I found this video. My package didn't come with instructions. It took me about an hour to put it together on my own. It's not difficult, but I do recommend building it on a table since it's such an odd shape. Little note, please use the safety strap provided. It shakes when they climb to the upper platforms. They were scared to climb till I strapped it down tight.
Took me about 4 hours to put it together but I had to watch a video about 20 times That's because the last one I bought was just a little small on my cat was a little bit too big for it so i ordered the biggest 1 I can get and without the video i would literally still be trying to figure out what Goes where
Use the other end of the Allen wrench to poke through the fabric and then locate the hole in the pillar, also with the Allen wrench. The wrench drops in when you have found it. Then take the Allen wrench out and hope the screw will slide right in. It can take a few tries, but it is better than trying to locate the hole with the screw alone. At least now you know you are close. Also, I find that putting all pillars into the houses before trying to screw the pillars in keeps the boards aligned and makes it easier to get the screws in. Final tip, and maybe this is just me: This is a morning or early afternoon project to start, when you are fresh.
@@sonshyneo use the screw and strap to secure the cat tree to the wall. I was confused as well. Took a lot of digging but they suggest using it for multiple cats as it adds stability.
The directions/model are wrong, however, if you just go with the rest of the process your product will turn out okay! Mine is! I just skipped screwing in the small house and it’s still sturdy considering it’s “technically” not screwed into anything.
Mine is similar to this one. Having trouble with attaching the second floor w/scratch pad. The scratch pad is more vertical than slanted. The brackets are rectangle. I tried bending them so the bottom of the scratch pad will reach to the end of the bottle floor edge. The more I bend it the less flush it and the screws are to the board. Any suggestions?
I'm replying for the sake of future people who will have the same problem. I did, too. The solution was to loosely attach all four screws. Then move the screw heads to the very ends of the brackets and tighten them down. The brackets don't need to be bent.
Well I gave up went to bed next day took pictures of the location … perhaps the video is wrong I have a center hold that can go to the base that other hole near the corner believe it’s for something else
Why in the world would you not include paper instructions with your product?! Why in the world would you make half the instructions video a marketing video?! I know what I purchased. Why in the world would you not put chapters in the video so people could easily rewatch the parts of the video they need for assembly?! You have made this process harder than it needs to be. FU.
I had to email them to get a replacement for that part. It is supposed to have 2 holes, one to secure the bottom and one to put the next piece on top. SMH. I am waiting to hear back from them.
The way its shown on the video is wrong. The holes from the BOTTOM of the base, then through that to the center of the square. On the video it shows something that doesn't exist. Really through me for a loop too
Thank you so much! I went to travel for work and had to bring my cat with me and leave a few things at a family members place and lost the Manuel on how to assemble but have all the pieces, thank you so much!

Whats the black strap thing attached for

Followed step by step and worked out very well and quick 🤝

How do I strap down the upper seats?
Thank you some much for making this video
I think it’s funny how ya think I can see and align screws with all this damn fur it shouldn’t be taking em this damn long I hate it

I’m confused on step 13 with that strap on piece 8
Does this video help?
I'm confused abt it too
The video does not show how to screw in #24 screw onto the brown strap with the holes in it!!

Can you pay a little extra and have it preassembled ? Looks labor intensive to me !!
Does that wrench come with this cat tree package ?
Yes
@@QueenRobin1 Thank You
Yes it does :)
@@YaheeTechwhat size wrench is it?
I need the 57 kitten tower, lost the instructions and can't find them anywhere online.
this song is amazing
En las instrucciones pone ambos tornillos de esos, pone el 4 y el 5 y en el vídeo solo muestra el 5 (minuto 2:45)
The directions/model are wrong, however, if you just go with the rest of the process your product will turn out okay! Mine is! I just skipped screwing in the small house and it’s still sturdy considering it’s “technically” not screwed into anything.
mine didn’t come with screws kinda of annoying

Figured it out.....yeah! This video was more help then I thought after I viewed it again step by step.
Thank you for watching :)
I'm having the same issue, I also have a slightly different model. Any suggestions?
I’m missing #23… where??

What kind of screws is this one using?
What was the 2nd number she put on?
Video is helpful but like the other person ready to put the cube on my number 5 hole is also on the top 😢
The wooden piece at 1:20 is really annoying. It won’t line up
My model is wrong for part number 5. The hole is on top but not on the bottom waste of my time and money
Please contact us through FB: Yaheetech for after-sale service with order platform and ID provided. Thank you for your patience.
Same issue was doing so well til then
Well I gave up went to bed next day took pictures of the location … perhaps the video is wrong I have a center hold that can go to the base that other hole near the corner believe it’s for something else
Mine was gold as well. But It still went through!
@@TheMindofSuccessalah i’m having issues with step 5 as well, how did you fix it?

I dont have a 25mm screw ..all 35mm!
#5 second step the whole is one the wrong side, it literally has to be upside down for the whole to line up with the bottom.
I had to email them to get a replacement for that part. It is supposed to have 2 holes, one to secure the bottom and one to put the next piece on top. SMH. I am waiting to hear back from them.
Nice one
There's no hole at part 5
Same issue as wel. Any solution?

The holes from the BOTTOM of the base, then through that to the center of the square.

Really through me for a loop too
Took a while to assemble but nice cat tree. Cutting fabric away from holes was most annoying to line up screws.
Is not the same cat tree they sell at Walmart
❤😊
Wrong hole placement on step
Poorly designed holes are not where they are shown in videos or instructions . I’m getting a refund. Wasted too much time for nothing!!
And the whole video is different than the instructions so get it together

Nope not even close! Does not work that easily . Poor instructions
Way too hard!
@yaheetech this is really good and helpful
Thank you :)
