Was familiar with some progressions to the backflip, but love the standing macaco, and hackflip. Will add those to the list.
In your experience, how important do you think mobility is for this? specially hip mobility?
I'd like to get the backflip, but I feel I don't have the required mobility yet to do it safely.

I think that if you can do a decent tuck jump from the ground, you have enough mobility or flexibility to do a backflip.

You don't need to be that flexible, just able to land and take impact, + the mental strength to jump high and not whip your head back out of fear
