1 jump upward not backward 2 wall theory (imagine there is a wall in ur back) 3 rhink there is a rope attached to ur cheat 4 chair theory : (bring ur legs as you are sitting on a chair) 5 if u land on the same spot of taking off u are perfect man!!

You guys dont see the utility on them but there is a use for it... First thing first... Ive seen guys do front flips from one roof to another... Covering s long distance but with not much height... Its functional and looks cool at the same time... Being able to do a backflip over a distance would actually just be a cool way lf long leaping backwards... Second... What im a martial artist snd i want to showboat by dodging back with a flip instead of a leap? Covering distance would work... Jumping in place would be getting hit .. And third... To make a trick different doesnt make it wrong or bad... It just makes a new trick... You need creativity... Change is ok

U know what’s ironic about gymnast backflips versus a tricking/freerunning backflips, those look surprisingly bad compared to the technique that trickers use which is kinda interesting

I land on this kinda squat position, sometimes with my legs together, sometimes with my legs apart and it kinda takes a toll on my knees. My feet also slam really hard on the ground.

I learned my backtuck by doing high backhandsprings and now I keep going straight back and I rarely land them because of how low they are . I try to jump straight up but I just go backward again. The wall the I think will help, and the other ones as well.
