I was thinking of purchasing the docs you went over in this video? But im in Tx & idk if that matters or not? Because ive heard they are basically simular in different states?

Hi Sandra, are you in Texas? A cash out signing is equivalent to a HELOC... Cash is being taken from the equity of the home and there's a second mortgage on the home.

I'm jsut getting out there atarting and curious what price range you charge for a refi?
Congratulations - pricing is subjective. I can’t tell you what to charge but I’ve seen refinances ranging from $50 to $200. Big range right!!

I have a singing for a borrower packet and on the affidavit and deed it says State of Georgia but the signing is in Oklahoma. Should I mark through it and write Oklahoma or leave it and just put the correct County????
Hi Jess, Yes. On your Notarial Certificate put a line through Georgia and write the correct State and be sure to initial the change.

On the deed of trust if my state doesn’t require witnesses do you leave it blank or put a line though it ?

Hi Jess, is there a Venue & Notarial wording on the document? State of - County of
@@YouSaySoMobileNotary It does not. Just a place for the borrower to sign. A witness and then the notary.
At the very bottom a place for the Lawyer to sign and another Notary.
