Absolutely, it's all Spanish. It's like learning English in Texas and then using it in New York - the accent will be different, some vocab will be different, lots of expressions and slang will be different, but it's still the same language :)
One day native Spanish speaker sent me this exact message “No estoy en New York ando en Boston que pasó” I just thought he meant he was around in Washington. That was the closest translation.
I liked the video. But I think it's important to put a disclaimer at the beginning of the video concerning regionalism. While the bulk of the Spanish language is standard, in that words mean the same thing in Spanish throughout the Spanish-speaking world, it is the national language of at least 20 countries, and what means one thing in one country, does not always equal the exact same thing in another country. I did understand all of the meanings of andar that were expressed in this video, at least half of the meanings are not equivalent throughout all of South America and Spain. I think that should be mentioned somewhere in the video.

En Argentina, "¿Cómo andás?" significa "¿cómo va tu semana?" u otro tiempo, similar de su expresión aquí, "¿anda enfermo/a?"
