So happy you’re getting more into Brandon Sanderson! The storm light archive books are intimidating, but definitely live up to all the hype they receive!
Because of you i'm now reading The Heroes of Olympus AGAIN 🤣 I love that series so much 😍

@@francescakyanda9182 the box in the woods was soooo good! a perfect summer time mystery! You should totally read it!
Omg hiii i've never been this early for one of your videos! Thank you for your content I love your channel!
I didn’t even finish 1 book this month 🤦🏻♀️ in a BIG reading slump at the moment
I LOVED The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, and HATED Daisy Jones and the Six, so hopefully Malibu Rising is good. 😕
Lol unrelated to the video but im glad to know there is another BTS fan out there!
Love this video, and welcome as a new Army!!
I read a good amount this month!! Her Body and Other Parties, The Night Circus, The Secen Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, The Song of Achilles, The Ones We’re Meant to Find, Saga Volume 5, Monstress Volume 1, and Daisy Jones and the Six. My favorites were the Night Circus, Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Song of Achilles, and the Ones We’re Meant to Find (so most of my reads)
Yay! You’re back more frequently! I’m so happy 😁 you’re one of my favourite Booktubers
The sequel to Warbreaker won't come until atleast 2026 or something, so we have a while to go.
Without getting into spoilers too much...you kinda get a sequel to Warbreaker in Stormlight Archive, specifically starting with book 2. Several Warbreaker characters are in the series, and it's set after Warbreaker. So many fans consider Warbreaker as an unofficial prequel to Stormlight. Like Stormlight Archive 0.5. So if you loved Warbreaker, you should start Way of Kings!!
Yay for Warbreaker! Such a good book and having standalone fantasy is always nice because there are so many series out there!
I love the description of your video haha
YAAS. CANT WAIT TO SEE THE VID.😍
Ps : I started reading Magnus Chase.🥳
Pss : Hope you enjoy your vacay. I love your vids and you deserve it. ☺️
Magnus Chase is wonderful!
Another great video Ash. I love June because it is my birthday month😀. I hope you have an excellent vacation😎
Such a good wrap up!
I read the Last Magician books last month, and I totally agree with you for the Serpent’s Curse. It was a great book (besides the slowness) and I love this series as well. Also I thought I would go in an Elizabeth Acevedo route this month but went completely in the other direction and read a lot of Morgan Matson. :)
I need to read Warbreaker - it sounds so good. I am also coming off a bit of a slump so don't want to commit to anything that long for a while. Have a wonderful trip!
I'm reading the serpent's curse right now, so glad you liked it, I can't wait to finish it.
I read four books in June, and I'm currently reading three! I think the one I was most excited about was rule of wolves which I took my time reading but ended up loving
Nice inspirational video, Ashley!❤️
Since u've read and enjoyed both warbreaker and mistborn trilogy i would highly highly recommend "The way of kings" by B Sanderson
I am currently on the second book ( words of radiance)and it is one of the best fantasy books of all time.
I will definitely say that way of kings part 1 takes some time getting into but the eventually in the second part the "Sanderson Avalanche"😁 hits and we realize the brilliance of it all.... It might appear chunky in the beginning (obv with 1000+ pages) but it's really worth it
I absolutely enjoyed both way of Kings and words of radiance and I also enjoyed warbreaker 😊☺️🤗
YESSS
Love it! 🤗💕💕
lately, I've been easing up on the pressure I've put in myself to read more fantasy, which i don't enjoy, and more things i enjoy like contemporary and middle grade, which is ending my dry spell!
The Warbreaker cover looks so pretty and AMAZING! I loved listening to it but it was very confusing at points and I didn’t have the physical book. I saw it on the website but I can’t read on the computer as it distracts me.
June was a bust reading month for me. I planned on alllll the angsty YA fantasy. I instead read an unappealing romance and a book on serial killers (mindhunter). Serial killer book was um, fascinating, but took awhile to get through.
I also read The Blood of Stars duology this month and loved it! ☺️
I have the audio of Malibu rising and I’m so excited for it!
I might just re-read HOO this July. I'm so excited!!!
the books i read in june were
‘The Dead & The Gone’, ‘This World We Live In’ and ‘The Shade Of The Moon’ all by Susan Beth Pfeffer
‘The Language Of Flowers’ by Vanessa Diffenbaugh
‘At The Edge Of The Universe’ by Shaun David Hutchinson
and ‘The Hand On The Wall’ by Maureen Johnson
So I've finished 10 books so far this month! And as of the 29th I have 100 pages left in my 11th book! By TBR goal was 6, so I'm really happy with what I've been able to read
I read these books in June way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson
In the ravenous dark I loved it so much 💜
Black sun
Deadhouse gates book 2 in the malazan series
Wolves of calla book 5 dark tower series
Crescent city I absolutely adore it
The heroes by joe Abercrombie
Dark of the west
A time of dread by John gwynne
The key to you and me
Malice by heather Walter
Woven in moonlight
🌈😊☺️🤗
i did not know about a Fourth Part of The Last Magician, i have to reread and read book 2 and 3!! WarBreaker is one of my favourites of Sanderson!! i hope you enjoy the reread of Heroes of Olympus series!! kisses from Argentina!!
0:03 I also didn't read that much, but I did get to one of my more important reads, which was Fellowship of the Ring by JRR Tolkien.
I also read Maze Runner by James Dashner (was _not_ a fan) and I started And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie.
Yeah I read maze runner and did not continue the story. It felt very meh and I didn't care for any of the characters
@@sophiewondersSame. I also had issues with the writing style, pacing, etc. Overall, just not something I would recommend or continue with.
@@atmreads Exactly
And then there were none is amazing!!!
The start of d month dragged a bit for me but I binge read from blood and ash series that I really enjoyed and it got me out of my reading slump 😆
Yes I absolutely love from blood and ash and I Also enjoyed a kingdom of flesh and fire I haven't read the third book yet ☺️😊💜🧡❤
@@cynthiaholmes5124 You really should read d third book , d world expanded A LOT and d PLOT tWISTS were just AWESOME had me REELING !!!!!!!
@@justonemorepage8723 okay thanks I guess I will be reading the third book in July then 😊🙂😃
@@cynthiaholmes5124 😆😄
Today I started Malibu rising and couple of hours ago I was like hit by a lightning when I figured that Mick Riva was one of the husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I am so happy that I remember him before the event happened or I would have been very disappointed of myself. But now I kinda wonder who was the other 3 husbands that I don't remember. And if you wonder right now I remember Mick, the first one and her best friend. This is it. Also I am not so far in the book maybe 100 pages but I really like it we will see how it goes on.
I was recording all my books but then I forgot to but I’m going to try to do it for July but I know I read ,holes , max, the inheritance games ,and I’m reading amri and the night brothers
Also I didn’t really like holes it get kinda boring to me and none of the characters I was that interested in
But I get it if you like the book I just personally did not
Now have goodreads it’s much easier
Unfortunately I had a rather disappointing month for reading. I read These Rebel Waves (2.4 stars), Forest of a Thousand Lanterns (3.3 stars), Leave the World Behind (3.8 stars), Under the Dome (2.3 stars), and the last 3 in the Miss Peregrine’s series, which we’re all really good.
Congrats and well done on your reading for June please stay safe and strong and have a great and amazing holiday love your Australia fan John ❤️❤️❤️🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
Books I read in June
The well of accession
Beach read
The henna artist
The girl who drank the moon
Astrophysics for people in a hurry
The murmur of bee's
Kindred- graphic novel
Pachinko
i kno im gonna love a book if ashley does!!!!❤❤❤
Sorry I wasn’t fan of the book the serpent curse by Lisa maxwell... happy reading to you!! 😊📖
Son Of Neptune is wayyyy better . I thought that Am gonna re-read the whole Rick Riordan I read HOO 2 years ago and I remember mostly everything so am not sure if I'll enjoy it or not !?!?
Do u use any audiobook apps?
Easter eggs Ash.... Malibu rising has Easter eggs lol
Awesome video! I am currently reading The Son of Neptune! I love ALL Rick Riordan books as well as ALL the Rick Riordan Presents books! So I can re-read these books ALWAYS! I have also been diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia I feel like i this is so ironic because I love Percy Jackson so much. I have listened to Warbreaker but I wish that I had the physical book so that I could highlight things as I listened to it so that I could have gotten more understanding from Warbreaker. I definitely want to read more Brandon Sanderson books. Don’t know which one to start with Mistborn trilogy or the Stormlight Archive series ? Although I really want to get U.K. editions of Brandon Sanderson books because the U.S (Barnes and Noble) covers are just super ugly! The U.K. covers look so much prettier! I don’t know why the US has such ugly covers.
Hiiii! I am around 13 to 14 years and I would like to know some good recommendation. I'm bored.
8:13 easter eggs?
You looks like Hanna Montana
Omg you look like Miley Cyrus
