This is the best breakdown on how to handle difficult managers and why they are difficult because it focuses on what WE have to do. There is no coddling or BS like I see all over UA-cam. It rings as TRUE as well. Excellent. Thank you.
3 mins into this video ..and this is such a bullshit...if you are a newbie in corporate who is trying to deal with a toxic manager..there is only one solution to it...treat them like they treat you. The no. 1 criteria for this is to have confidence in your ability and skill and stand up for yourself...believe me a toxic manager is never going to lift you career no matter what you do. You have to show courage and deal with them like a peer...talk honestly and in the same tone like they talk to you... Make boundaries and say no to unreasonable demands. No one is going to fire you for the difference of opinion. In my over 10 years of exp in corporate out of the 6 bosses I have worked with 4 were toxic and that is the best way I have dealt with them. If we go by the advice of these youtubers, you are going to end up in some other company under some other toxic boss...there is simply no end to it especially in India.
Your this part of the comment is correct "to have confidence in your ability and skill and stand up for yourself." Courage comes from confidence and this is where many are not able to handle it well. However your approach to give manager back in the same way, might give a sense of winning for a moment but that does not help. As you might have seen in your 10 years of experience. It is importance to understand few reasons of toxicity as explained in this video and in my other three videos "if you are not your manager's favourite, what to do", "If you boss is jealous of you, what to do", "3 reasons why your boss does not like you despite you doing a good job".
HRs / Recruiters are inhumane. Don't we sometime think like that? How? How can they post job openings mentioning the below pointers : *Should be ready to work in 24x7 rotating shifts environment *Should be willing to work on weekends *Should be comfortable with night shifts *Should be comfortable with frequent shift rotation. Doesn't these very points disrupt the work life balance, plays with personal time and health of employee? HRs are well educated human beings and I really wonder how can they go this opposite lane. A normal human/employee will not be able to deliver the service being in these inhumane work conditions for a long time. The employee could join and soon leave the company due to health issues. I love when HRs mention timing of the shift in the job postings like *It will be a 2pm to 11pm shift Mon-Fri I feel HRs/Recruiters should focus on fixing a shift time and utilize employee in that particular shift time. What's your opinion folks? hashtag#job hashtag#hiring hashtag#HR hashtag#HumanResources
Clarity on shift timings is required at the time of job interview process if not mentioned in the ad. Professionals should ask for it, if no clarity is there. If shift timings will change every month or 2 to 3 times in a year, then that should also be made clear to candidate or candidate should ask for it. Normally companies are providing that clarity. Professionals should make decision of joining based on their priority and what will work for them.
Be the best of yourself. Stand up and speak up. if you get scared if will never get out of the situation. Corporate politics is a high stakes game and only the bravest but most shrewd one wins.
Courage is important but not shrewdness. Shrewdness might give success in short term but not in long term. Honesty and integrity together with courage and as you said "stand up and speak and best of yourself" will help.
My manager was directly Targeting me. I am top with productivity all still he gives silly reasons to stop my promotion and hike. There was people who had zero produvity and they god good hike.spoke for myself and manager has good connection with hr and no use of anything

If you are in a situation where the manager is being bad with multiple reports consider yourself lucky. The manager will not be there for long 🎉🌹 Fortunately bad managers are like that (overconfident, proud, narcissistic etc)
One should learn to work and deal with various personalities and ensure that when in management positions, we should not do the same, what we dislike in our managers.

yes , deal in the way which is suitable as per your personality type. But it doesn't mean giving up. people change, situation change and work dynamics changes too

Thanks for making your experience a valuable lesson for all of us! This 2x2 matrix clearly explains a manager's behavior and how to deal with the same.
@@UtkarshKumarRai I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 12 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start gaslighting, smearing and bullying me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Just don't react and not try to defend yourself which will only go back and forth making me look even more guilty. Action always speaks louder than words. Just best ignore them and find another easier target. Never let these low life lazy bums win ever win.
Sir i must sy i like ur video, but i really cnt follow dat, my supervisor is toxic, manipulative ,thinks i m a fool, worthless, incompetent, wants me to work n stretch beyond working hours, always pass on her work to me n takes credit if it turns good n leave no room to blame me if it turns bad, specially in front of higher management. Plz plz help me wt shd i do. I m very cheerful person n go getter but here i m getting lost day by day.. Plz pray for me i m trying for new job, plzzz help me any advice will b great sir...
Monika, These are few things which you can do. 1. Don't lose your self confidence 2. Keep your work performance improving. more you learn, more you work , more mistake you will make, and more knowledge you will gain. So keep working more and don't be worried about mistakes, blame and get hurt. What i can make out is that you have enough work on your plate and that is a very good sign. 3. It is always very very very good to go through such difficult situations at work in the beginning of career, this will provide you to learn faster, know from mistake and also know what manager and senior management think and do. You are lucky to be interacting with them, observing them. This will help you in knowing what you will do and what you will not do when you are at that position. 4. If you hate your manager, without speaking, your body language and your facial expression will make it clear to your manager. So inspite of all these you just think what good skills your manager has and try to learn from them. Being a manager she/he must be having some good skill. Focus on that rather than negative feeling. When you focus on positive things , some of your negative feeling will reduce (it will not go away fully). 5. Come out from self pity, victimised mindset that everyone is against you. Calm down , follow the above points and then setup meeting with your manager after a few weeks and ask her/him "I need your help to improve myself. I want to know what subject skills AND very important what my soft skills i should improve to be a better professional. Ask in calm way and don't react to what your manager says. If you don't understand the feedback ask her/him to elaborate. You should write it down, and tell her/him two very important things. First i will pick a few to start with , second, can you monitor me when i am working on these few things. Make your manager a partner in this journey. This will also bring change in your manager attitude towards you. Quitting your job is easy, but i suspect you need to improve here in this company rather than facing the same problem again. Last, you also need to do self assessment, how is your behaviour towards manager and colleagues: you said your are cheerful and go getter, but try to gauge what perception people have about your style of working and talking. That might also give some clue. Cheer up, you are not alone in facing such problem, But learn and overcome this. we all learn from these situations.
@@UtkarshKumarRai thank u so much sir for such great advice.. Really thankful... I m already working on No 1 cz i know i m not worthless. ", This could also means that she is under lot of pressure from her management. She has signed up goals which are above and beyond and she is looking for help and more help from her team. Are you setting right expectations with her or timeline and type of delivery when she is giving work to you? or you sign up dont deliver on time, or at the last moment ask for help. In my opinion you have to help your manager and also seek feedback by letting go the past and looking from new perspective. There are few other vidoes of mine like "if you are not your manager's favourite" and "when to say no at work" and "can you work speak for itself" once you watch you will also get more information. I strongly feel that you are at the great learning opportunity times and you have to see sometimes things from manager's perspective to understand and imporve for yourself.

You cannot control her behaviours and reactions, but you can control your own behaviours and reactions to her triggers. focus to improve self with learning mindset.
Your manager doesn’t even let you shine outside the process.. giving reasons are called out as being defensive and giving ideas to prevent errors are defined as us being lazy. This is the approach a manger nowadays.
When I used to face such managers in my career, I adopted three things. What I will not do when I become a manager. What skills I have to learn from this manager, i tend to find some skills i.e. communication, presentation, customer handling, subject knowledge and focus to learn fast, in case working under them become intolerable. Third I want to see what feedback my manager is giving, how much truth is there, and work to improve so that when i change my job or get a new manager, I should not get the same feedback. When you focus on these three things, you will be better off in your career and be able to manage your manager well.
Hi! Great video! Comprehensively addressed almost everything. Could you please inform if we can create boundaries with the Manager when, my roles, my work isn't clarified, no official training is ever given but the manager is just picking up mistakes expecting me to know everything without even being communicated?
It means your manager is under pressure. At times they dont clarify upfront and it causes problem. Better you have a 1-1 meeting with your manager and ask that this is what you have understood your work areas, and ask the manager to tell if you missed something. Also you can ask for feedback or training or support for initial few weeks or months depending upon your challenges. Dont setup meeting when mistakes have happened , but when things are somewhat smooth and you manager is also somewhat feeling light. An open discussion where you are appearing hungry to learn , willing to listen and eager to improve will change your interaction with your manager and you will get clarity too.
@@UtkarshKumarRai That's an on-point understanding. Thank you so much for your prompt response. While following what you said, a question cropped in my head - When do you suggest 1-1 meeting to take place, I mean towards the beginning like 1st month or after 3 months? To be honest, I have never saw him relieved in my whole term of 9 months. He's always in hurry, never shares anything, I've also heard from one of his (Senior- who's a project manager) colleague that they were back bitching about me with my colleagues. Upon asking more questions related to work doubts he gets more frustrated, as if there's no win in any case. With that being continued now for 9 months, I decided to resign and join a New Company. Yet I know running is not an option, facing and learning is. But Because I want to develop and master this skill with practice, could you suggest me the steps or courses? And at this moment, What can I do about this to deal with in the future?
I am cashier at govt bank. I have too much cash work load during peak hours of day. And for sometime I get relaxed hr as well, but to my manager I should help them in that hour as well. Sometimes when staff is on leave, due to my bad terms with manager, officer burdon me with pending work along with cash. And when I deny, she calls to HR, she threaten me to give a remark call letter. I don't even get any benifit of doing 3 person work. Due to this office environment I felt like fever just before I need to go to bank. Please guide, what should I do?
If it is impacting your health, it is better to talk to you manager about the interpersonal issues between two of you. When you approach your manager, ask her that you want to listen to what she has to say. Don't protest, dont say this is incorrect but just listen. Many times managers are not upset becuase of not taking more work, but because of behaviour. It is better to understand what behaviour of yours is impacting her. Once you understand her concern, try to work upon it. After you hear everything from your manager, you should tell that you are complete your assigned work, and when addiitonal work is overloaded, then at times you become nervous, feel feverish, and ask your manager how should you cope up with it. It is better to start fresh in building relationship for your own happiness. And once you will take sincere effort, you will see your manager will also turn around and will make work environment better.

Hi Sir, i am also facing this problem.. My study lead alwayd try to found some mistakes from what i do..i try to fix it everytime but she wrote a mail in harsh way..thisyl i already brought up to my manager but that doesn't work..Manager also support to study lead only..i feel frustrated and the things i joined the organization very recently here the work culture is not good..now i can't shift to any company because of this shor term period
Almost every person has to go through such experience. some take it as a learning experiecne and learn from lead and manager, and some take it as fault finding, demotivating, depressing, nor being valued at work. I suggest you give a fresh relook into your approach and just spend first few years learning. The more you do , more feedback will come and faster your will improve. else you will carry the current skills and behaviour and that might not help in longer career. So first change the mindset and see if it helps, do expect praise but expect how to learn more, learn fast and learn better
New manager made work environment very negative. He made work environment fearful, boring ,non confident etc. Every team members are disapointed with such manager. What to do?
First talk about you, not about others in the team. What is making you feel bored, non confident and fearful. Every manager job exists only when they have team. So you are powerful provided you help in achieving team goal and helping your manager meeting their commitments. Some management style is more direct, more authoritative, more tough, but then you also learn to work on various management style. You should talk to your manager about their expectation (work, timeline and expected outcome) and focus on that and don't pay much attention to the style. Sometimes some managers who are very hard from outside, you find them caring provided you started to interact frequently and started to align with their goals.
Hii sir your adivice is very practical i work in a NBFC which deals with home loans and i work as a clerk currently I'm on my probation period some times it's feels nothing my maneger ask me to staylong hours my official office timings are 9:30 to 5:30pm but my maneger leaves me on 7:30pm or 8:00pm one day I asked him on 5:30pm sir I have to go he said are you women or married staylong in bank told your parents I'm gonna be late 😢 by the I don't get extra money for my work I work as a operations clerk one day he asked me why don't you go for sales I simply answered no from that day to this day I'm facing troubles by the way the HR is not located in my town they operate from chennai 😢 I have to idea what to do please guide me 😭
You need to answer the following questions: are you enjoying your job or you just see this as a source of income. If you are enjoying your job and want to learn more than staying late initially for few months might give more learning opportunities. Also taking additional role like sales etc will broaden your skills. Initial 4 to 5 years are foundation years in any job and one needs to learn as much as possible, know as many things possible and then only one can succeed in mid and senior roles. Also managers see a person's attitude towards work, hunger to know or taking it just as a source of money. You need to answer these questions. Those you have right attitude and hunger to learn, even if they have to go earlier than 5:30 or even at 5:30 managers dont mind, becuase a trust is being built by then. So work to improve your relationship with your manager. Such problems during the probation period is totally avoidable and you have to take steps and dont expect your manager to change. or else look for a job which excites you.
@@UtkarshKumarRai I don't have any income source that's why I joined there but my intrest is HR and financing not sales I'm currently learning about credits but nothing new and I need money because of some personal issues 😔 that's why I'm just staying silent even my manager using curse words
@@devendrakotha11 If you want to shift to HR and financing, then you have to do good in your current role and learn about other functions too like sale (there is no harm). Normally I have seen people get transfer to the role of their liking when they do well in their current role. So remain positive with your current work and additional responsibility give full support to your manager and then your manager will be more supportive to make the change of your liking.
Sir , please help me with this . when there is an emotions attachments with manager and cant balance on this as they are not motivated or trying to show help team ..

Don’t compare with others. At times working under strict manager teaches us many lessons and prepares us to be better in future. If you need mentor to understand better way of coding testing and bug fixing then do ask for it . Or if you have respect for someone within or outside the team where you can learn better software engg practices then do it. First 5 years is a foundational year and more you learn good practices of doing things , better you will be. To avoid thinking you are good , you are doing good , demanding manager could be a blessings .
Absolutely right sir!!!Thankyou so much❤ But please also let us know about how to deal with kamchor managers?? Who don't even step out of the branch for business by themselves and keep you all day out for bringing business which is not only our sole responsibility (PSU BANKS)
You might see them as Kamchor, but it could be they were also groomed by their manager in the past. So they might be applying the same thing at you. I firmly believe more one will have field experiences, on-hands experiences, better a person can take decision and also better they can delegate. Such ease or confidence in management at times make them appear as kamchor. So are they really like this or they achieved this :)
First you work on supervisor’ toxicity and take actions as per which 2x2 square they fall. Many a times manager ( where supervisor is reporting) take supervisor word seriously and don’t bother to form their own opinion . In that case you should start building relationship with your manager without being judgemental , that could also help in seeing a change in your supervisor behaviour

The escalation is in this sequence: you first share your challenges with your manager in an honest way and give some time to act upon. Sync-up again after that time and share if the concern consist and inform your manager. Ideally it is better to inform manager that you will be meeting your manager's boss, so that your manager can update your case to your manager's boss beforehand or your manager will take corrective steps. after meeting manager's boss and based on the response, you can reach out to HR.

I have never said to support bad things and play along. But what I said in the video is to understand before jumping into the conclusion. You will also be a manager one day , learn what employees don’t like it and don’t do when you become a manager and also you would like your team members to understand your actions before becoming judgemental. Yes there are some toxic managers where the whole team members are suffering but then many times every team member has their own opinion about their manager . You cannot change your manager unless you change job and then also there is no guarantee that your manager will be of your liking so better you understand work culture and your own self
Mujhe sirf 4 months hoye Hein or mere manager mujhe involve mahi karte meetings or important discussion mein. Mein job bhi quit nahi karsktii q k I'm fresher I need at least 6 months experience. What should I do? Tolerate karon mazeed 2 months
Abhi aap naye naye hai career mein, job chodhne ka nahin sochiye. 1. Mai kaun sa meeting attend karna chaihye, tab manager saaf saaf kah denge ki kab wo bulayenge kis meeting ke liye. 2. agar koi specific meeting aapko attend karna hai to manager se direct poochiye ki mujhe wo meeting attend karna hai, bhale mein contribue na karo, par observe karke hi seekh loonga.
I don't care about their goals bc they are unrealistic anyways. Plus I'm just here for a paycheck anyways so.. I'm not " improving"or anything like that. I'm my own boss & I will does I please when I please. You will not exploit me to get what the whole team should be doing not just me or a couple of good employees. That isn't even legal that is called legit wage theft.
Good that you are clear that you are for the paycheck. You take steps what will help you to get your paycheck. No one is one's own boss, that is a myth. even startup founders are answerable to VCs. So be clear that the one who provides paycheck has a say on what you do, how you do and why you do. Once that clarity comes, you will be more peaceful.
If they cant respect you just because they are on the superior position then they should be accountable for the issue or whatever miscommunication has occured. Bcoz everyone is fighting to give their 100% . And seniors find it good opportunity to dominate new bee's. I do not agree to what you said. It's like give your self respect in their hands just bcoz they have the authority. It's not 1998 that you have to do haaji haaji for every single thing. Company doesn't run only because of manager but also because the team which has been hardworking . If the managers cannot understand that they need to grow up from their cozy mindset.
Mugdha, respect is earned and not given. it is true for manager and for employees equally. Manager's manager will held manager accountable and responsible for team delivery and manager in turn make employee accountable. This video talks about practical tips on how to handle various toxic managers issue. It doesnot advocate giving self respect to other or be a haanji haanji culture, but anger and jingositic approach which professionals tend to apply mostly when they are in 20s will also not work. And they realise as they clock more experiences at work or when they change job and face similar situation in the new job. And every issue cannot become a self respect or my versus other's fault. The premise of the video is that you cannot change others, but you can only change yourself, so take a holistic view of the situation and see what is best for you. If you have any specific issue then ask me and i can either point to my video or respond specifically. technology changes fast but not human nature and interaction so whether it is last century or this century human issues are the same.
@@UtkarshKumarRai I can say the same for manager. If they wants the employees to respect them. They need to earn that. It shouldn't be given just bcoz you gain the authority and you're good at your work. If you don't have the basic human decency to keep your team members in a positive atmosphere without targeting them and demotivating to do work with taunting. You're not a good leader. And no one will clap hands for your personality. Although everyone will praise your for your hardwork and smartness but you'll never set that mark in people's heart just bcoz you keep degrading the people who're on lower position. Managers have this Myth within themselves that we do it just to build the employees patience and to increase their productivity and stress management. That's crap. ! I'm a psychologist I know how there are tremendous ways to boast up the team employees moral and even their productivity. An ethically everyone deserves to be respected and treated well. That's a moral right of every human. If a company cannot implement that such basic policy then that's too degrading to see that they run behind money but not behind gaining people's heart their trust.
@@mugdhaghatage7347 yes it is true for managers too, and though such managers may appear rising in their career but one stage comes when this behaviour if not changed will hinder their growth. An excellent book by Marshal Goldsmith "what got you here won't get you there" captures such dysfunctional behaviours well. In all your post, one thing is missing about your own learnings in facing such manager. One lesson is what we should not do when one becomes manager when we watch such managers. That is self improvement. We waste time thinking about why others are not changing instead one should observe them, learn from them and improve oneself. They will pay for their behaviours at a later stage, but employees want instant result, which do not happen.
@@UtkarshKumarRai yea I agree to what you say. We can adapt how we want to react and how we grow out of this mindset. I hope people understand that leading a team and company is a tough thing and sometimes rudeness doesn't help. By mutual understanding and creating trust between the employees people can get to work in a better environment and give more profitability to the company. Although there are many misleading people in the companies who might want to misuse this policies. But as you said human nature takes time to change and as the time passes some improve and some of them ignore.

Tusharika, there are three aspects, 1st are you happy with the work assignment and are you learning well. Second, is any feedback given to you during appraisal regarding work performance or on interpersonal relationship. many a times if you are not happy than it becomes clear to manager and they mirror the same. If you are happy and your manager is happy with your work, then i will write it as a new comment.
If you both are happy, then you look into your style of communication or raisin the issue with your manager. This will help you in your future job and with your future manager too. Also if you both are happy and your style is fine, then most of the time managers do listen to feedback. Dont try to gang up against manager. you talk and tell what is bothering you in a neutral tone without getting excited. Even if manager dont agree, it registers. If nothing works, then first escalate to manager's boss and then only to HR

I am confused now. Whom to listen

HRs / Recruiters are inhumane.
Don't we sometime think like that?
How?
How can they post job openings mentioning the below pointers :
*Should be ready to work in 24x7 rotating shifts environment
*Should be willing to work on weekends
*Should be comfortable with night shifts
*Should be comfortable with frequent shift rotation.
I love when HRs mention timing of the shift in the job postings like
*It will be a 2pm to 11pm shift Mon-Fri
I feel HRs/Recruiters should focus on fixing a shift time and utilize employee in that particular shift time.
@@UtkarshKumarRai shrewdness does not always mean harming others. You can be shrewd to get yourself out of sticky situations.

If you are in a situation where the manager is being bad with multiple reports consider yourself lucky. The manager will not be there for long 🎉🌹
Fortunately bad managers are like that (overconfident, proud, narcissistic etc)
One should learn to work and deal with various personalities and ensure that when in management positions, we should not do the same, what we dislike in our managers.

Great advise to all professionals with a wealth of your experience in management sir
Thanks Darshan

Absolutely right sir!!!Thankyou so much❤
But please also let us know about how to deal with kamchor managers?? Who don't even step out of the branch for business by themselves and keep you all day out for bringing business which is not only our sole responsibility (PSU BANKS)
You might see them as Kamchor, but it could be they were also groomed by their manager in the past. So they might be applying the same thing at you. I firmly believe more one will have field experiences, on-hands experiences, better a person can take decision and also better they can delegate. Such ease or confidence in management at times make them appear as kamchor. So are they really like this or they achieved this :)
What if my both supervisor and manager are toxic
First you work on supervisor’ toxicity and take actions as per which 2x2 square they fall. Many a times manager ( where supervisor is reporting) take supervisor word seriously and don’t bother to form their own opinion . In that case you should start building relationship with your manager without being judgemental , that could also help in seeing a change in your supervisor behaviour

What happen if a conplaint to senior Hr of company of my manager
The escalation is in this sequence: you first share your challenges with your manager in an honest way and give some time to act upon. Sync-up again after that time and share if the concern consist and inform your manager. Ideally it is better to inform manager that you will be meeting your manager's boss, so that your manager can update your case to your manager's boss beforehand or your manager will take corrective steps. after meeting manager's boss and based on the response, you can reach out to HR.

Sir u r asking to support bad things and play along. Whole IT has become worst due to these kind of managers and management 😊

Abhi aap naye naye hai career mein, job chodhne ka nahin sochiye. 1. Mai kaun sa meeting attend karna chaihye, tab manager saaf saaf kah denge ki kab wo bulayenge kis meeting ke liye. 2. agar koi specific meeting aapko attend karna hai to manager se direct poochiye ki mujhe wo meeting attend karna hai, bhale mein contribue na karo, par observe karke hi seekh loonga.
Same I went through
Thanks for your note
I don't have to deal with them. I just ignore them.

I need help, my work is WFH, once i had an argument with my manager on call, because he replies rude always, and he said neta bn jao, now whenever i ask or text anything to my manager, he be like, u dont have to tell me what i have to do, u do ur job, and use these kind of words, 1 of my team mate just left her job due to this, even i feel like leaving, he behave like my words are pointless but i also know he don't behave like this with my other team members, because whenever anyone complaints to him about his behavior, then only he start behaving like this, i dont know if i should raise voice or not against him to my HR, because other team member will not say anything if HR will question them about my manager's behavior

Mai ek fresher hu aur mere me team me kuch log wfh kar rhe hai par jab mene manga tha to manager ne approve nahi kiya ye.... And also jb me apna pura effort din raat de rha hu kam pe fir bhi manager ko lagta hai ki 'khaas kuch ni kr rha' , so what can i do should i switch my team or continue??
Career ke shuru ke 5 se 6 saal tak ka period foundation build karne ka hota hai. Aapko seekhna chahiye best practices aur badhiya tarah se kaam karne ka tareeka jo aap wfh nahin kar sakte hai. Best practices ke liye mentor lead ya manager ke saath hi kaam ho sakta hai, wo kaisa sochte hai, problem kaise solve karte hai, meeting me kaise bolte hai. Aapko in sab cheeson par dhyan dena chahiye . Accha hai aapka manager jo aapko office aapne ko kah raha hai aur yah bhi achha hai ki wo aapko performance improve karne ko kah raha hai. Abhi aap appreciation ke peeche mat bhagiye par usse 1 to 1 meeting karke poochiye kya kya chesson par dhyan dena chahiye . Aur us par kaam karke improve kariye . 5 to 6 years Tak iss tarah ke khyal se disturb na ho. Kaam acche se kaise karen aur aapka behaviour office me achha kaise rahe us par dhyan dijiye
