I am a legit pain patient, but had i never touched smack, back in the day, i'd be sorting out my fybro/neuropatic pain/ IBS with Bach Flowers and a mood stabylizer that also takes pain away and that you need just once a day. Having to choose between dealing with pain and being on pills, i have no problem at all with the second option. But i'd love to be free, all in all. Many despise Oxys because of the toll they took on US population, and I can understand it, but here where i live the situation is quite different, a minority of addicts prefers pills over H, while Oxy is the only thing that not only takes my pain ( pre - existing before i've ever touched a drug, including booze TBH), but that also takes my craving for smack almost completely / completely away.
Yes, it can kill you or it can be a Life saver . . . With prohibition propaganda, the press will always make you know about the problems of drugs, including those caused by technically legal ones, but how many people reached a better Life quality thanks to pk s and other controlled substances ? Why we can only hear about people ruined by them, and never or almost positive experiences? The opioid abuse crisis took its devastating toll also because of the press spreading mainly bad news (just like about every and any issue) and, de facto, advertising drugs, instead of truly preventing abuse.
