    Great clip but those push ups are not hiting the biceps

      Thanks! They actually work the stabilization of the bicep, it's called a pseudo planche push up. Of course it is not the "best" bicep building workout but it does help with straight arm strength. Hope that clears up everything. Wish you the best!

      @LockedinAlex yes straight arm exercises are good but it's a pushing exercise , i think for biceps isometrics are best at straight arm like pseude planche leans but these might be too easy for you. Wishing you the best!
