I love the way you're telling us how many reps to do instead of focusing on timer. This is the perfect way to know where we stand and how many reps one can do. It's also a good idea if someone wants to take 2 or 3 rounds with 12 reps for each exercise for example. Please keep it this way! ☺️ Love your workouts Natalie! ❤

Great workout I was sweating the whole time 😅. Loved that you slowed it down gave cues and gave us time to transition to the next move. I did your 21 day challenge and I loved the moves but I felt a little rushed and found myself always pausing for a break and to get into the next move. But I do love your workouts and how challenging they are 😊

For some reason I couldn’t feel the burn when I was doing the reverse crunches can someone help me I think my posture was wrong?
Hello! You can eitherget on elbows and use elevation like sofa or a bench or go for marches in a glute bridge position! Or alternatively bent your knees and march in reverse table top❤ hope this helps!

hey, i used to have the same issue! :) what helped me was to make sure that my arms were flat against the mat on either side of my body, and that my lower spine was touching the floor when relaxed, then when you push your legs over your head focus on using your core to shift your body, your legs shouldn't be moving on their own, its really about using your abdominal area to pull your body up and straighten it out. i hope some of what i said has been helpful or makes any sense
I can't keep my cora engaged .. It's especially hard when you have a 2 year old yelling at you and can't concentrate 😂
