A terrific display of good manners by the large silver backed gentleman.
I wonder what he would have done if she did not move.
Either way she was meant to move
@@rolfpoelman3486
He would've shoved her out the way by force. I've seen a silverback called Munyinya shove a man who wasn't aware that the silverback was right behind him, so the silverback simply shoved him with his fingers and the man dropped like a sack of potatoes.
He should have ripped their heads off. Maybe these assholes would leave the gorillas alone.
The thing is the gorillas need these people to visit them. These people pay money to see the gorillas and in turn that money is used security for the gorillas as there are poachers that will kill the gorillas for Bush meat and parts and there's also poachers that steal gorilla babies to sell as a pet to people. To steal a baby gorilla the other is killed and quite often the Silverback as well. These tourists dollars also keep the area where the gorillas live protected from deforestation and encroachment of other humans to build new villages and towns
"Excuse me, Pardon me. Man, the jungle is so packed today!"
😃

🤣🤣🤣
Lmao 😂😂

I just love it how he actually waits for the people to move aside. He has more than enough strength to push them out of the way by force if he wanted to, but he chose to wait. So many people could learn from him.
He has more than enough strength to tear them limb, from limb. He’s ten times the strength of a male human being. His restraint is awesome.
He would've shoved them eventually. Silverbacks only take their time because they know the individuals will move out the way soon, that's how dominant males act with their own gorilla group, so visitors are made to show the same respect or the silverback will feel it's authority is questioned.
@@ThePanther97 Even if he did, the fact remains that he took the time to wait. The girl even touched him a little on the shoulder and he didn't even flinch. A far cry of how gorillas are seen in media.
@@lulystalgianature2968
Well I doubt he even felt that touch, after all mountain gorillas do have thick fur. I think gorillas are being portrayed well in the media nowadays, in fact most people today think they're peaceful gentle giants, though peaceful isn't entirely accurate due to the bitter and even fatal conflicts between rivals or the occasional infant killings committed by silverbacks who takeover a group.
@@ThePanther97 I'd rather meet a gorilla than a chimpanzee.
This video suggests that this beautiful ape hasn't had any negative experiences with humans. He treated these people as his equals, and it made me happy ✨
Not as his equals. Like females in his harem😂
Not true at all, gorillas aren’t dumb hun… they literally communicate.
Gorillas want absolutely nothing to do with humans as long we don’t try to show dominance over them. Adult gorillas are aware of their strength and mostly uses intimidation tactics if needed towards humans, you gotta realise we are still evolved apes. Getting attacked by one is 100% your own fault, i saw a video about a ailver back encounter where the ape had a stare down with the man, the man did the grunt of peace “we are just passing by” and the ape immediately looked away and did a cheat beat run past the humans showing its dominance and turning its back towards the humans technically meaning “im in charge, we dont want harm”

@@danrothman6129 let’s think maybe if they were uninvited and actually INSIDE ur house , would u still take that kindly ?
@@immnico Don't switch the subject, we are talking about house guests. Btw, they are in a jungle which is an outside environment and its not as if they are in a cave with animals living in it.
@@danrothman6129 Gorillas don’t live in caves ..their main habitat is rainforests . Seems like you don’t know your facts so I won’t argue with any longer. As you can see, they’re in a rainforest
Argue? Facepalm... You're just a bot who couldn't understand the obvious gist of what I was saying.
Look up the difference between a jungle and a rain forest and it would state that a rain forest, like a jungle, is filled with thick vegetation but it has a layer of tall trees.
You also tried to change the topic to fit your failed point and I never even mentioned gorillas living in caves. I stated animals to the analogy of the comparison where it's not like a scenario where these guys are venturing inside a cave with an animal living in it. They are literally outside just passing through where its a lot more of a reasonable.
Oh btw, the Gorilla wasn't being polite. It was displaying it's full dominance and control over the "rain forest" by expecting the human to move out of its way or get its spinal cord ripped out.
He is more polite than people in supermarket. I dont know if I should feel happy or sad about it.

I'm human; this clip evoked no shame in me.
Like all other animals, simians are subservient to instinct. To them manners are an alien concept and not possible. Might as well discuss their relationship with Mars.
Humans alone are capable of manners--of politeness--of respect for the elderly and compassion for the weak--of chivalry and a gentleman's code of conduct. That humans opt against evolution and the impersonal, ruthless ways of nature and chose to practice these concepts so frequently that we've come to mistake them for the nature of not just us but all of creation as well speaks to how uniquely remarkable and praiseworthy mankind is. Gorillas have nothing on us.
@@jlongobardy1612 You're so correct, JL. So many of these commenters anthropomorphize animal behavior in order to virtue-signal how they themselves are superior to other humans. Let the anthropomorphizers try staring directly into an adult male gorilla's eyes -- without moving toward the silverback or making threatening hand gestures -- and see if he continues to be beautiful and precious. He might rip them apart for making prolonged eye contact. Notice how they wisely avoid making eye contact here. Especially the young woman who had to move the most.
It's incredibly foolish to anthropomorphize animals. It's dangerous. It 's why people get gored by bison at Yellowstone or lose their arm to the zoo tiger they thought they could pet.
@@ScotchIrishTarheel What especially gets me is that the vast majority of people, my family and friends included, consider it a sin without pardon, and a felony, to boot, to harm one type of fauna--viz., the cutest--while thinking nothing of it to squash a spider or set a mouse trap.
