Them pancakes look delicious. I do my beans basically the same. Soak em, ham bone, a little bit of baking soda, and slow cooker. Cutest kids ever and such beautiful accents.

Who just Loves ❤ This Family Like I Do?? So Growing up (I'm 50 now 🙊 Shh don't tell anybody) this was a staple meal for us Along With Other Types Of Beans. I just checked on the pancake mix and they have it on amazon. They also have a chocolate chip Aretha Frankenstein mix.. They look great so I'll have to order some!!

Cooking breakfast outside, reminds me of the time I went on a Hillbilly Breakfast Trail Ride on horseback in Rockaway Beach, MO. The Mrs. was at the camp in the woods, and had breakfast cooking on a modern stove that somehow was made to work in the middle of the woods. She had that “motherly touch” to her cooking.
The babies are so precious .and Colton is coming leaps and bounds .and cece she is so funny to watch .🙏🙏❤️❤️
Three Rivers cornmeal mix is the best.....the only kind I'll buy! That's the way we eat our beans and cornbread....mix it all together in the bowl! Never thought to cook pork chops in with the beans though. The Aretha Frankenstein pancake mix has cream of wheat in it. That's what makes it different from other mixes. I love these cooking vlogs.....please keep them coming! 👍
Three Rivers is the absolute best. I’ve used it for over 50 years except I don’t add flour or an egg the cornmeal already has the flour in it. I just mix my cornmeal and fresh buttermilk to a hot skillet with bacon grease and it delicious. I’m from the mountains of East Tennessee and that’s how my grandmother taught me to make it but Shawn’s looks delicious too😊❤

All the food looked so delicious!! When I make soup beans I like making a mayonnaise salad with cucumbers in it and I slice up a Vidalia onion too. That's so good together. I love hearing Chloe talk and Colton is talking good too. She asked her daddy, are you making a cake? Hahaha...!! That was so cute. They are both so precious. Our youngest granddaughter is about 2 months younger than Chloe and she doesn't talk that much. My son and his wife had to put her in speech therapy. I hope it helps. My husband and I don't get to see them that much, bc they live in Florida. I wish they didn't live so far away from us. Thank you for sharing another great video with us. Loved it!!

My mothers house had that same oven! That thing was a beast and just now had to be replaced! She tried everything to keep it too! Random comment, but I definitely agree, keep those old appliances as long as you can!!

My daddy’s side of the family is all from the mountains of NC so I’m used to everything you cooked and it sure looks delicious! I eat fried taters bout 3-4 times a week and just cooked a big pot of collards 2 nights ago. Wish I had some killed lettuce and soup beans, myself. That cornbread drew up all the juice. Bet it was so good! Enjoyed this cooking with y’all video. I’m ready to see some more Sasquatch chronicles 😊
Oh man, that breakfast looks scrumptious! Have you ever had cornbread with cheddar cheese and jalapenos? I remember when I was little and Mom cooked a big ole pot of Great Northern Beans, fried taters and cornbread. Boy was that good! I agree with y'all, those old appliances out beat the new ones. Can I just say, Colton and Chloe are getting so big, Colton is a handsome little feller and Chloe is a cutie pie. I can't believe how well Colton is talking. I know his tutor and you (Meghan) have worked with him so much, but it could also be he is learning from Chloe. They are the sweetest things to watch when they are outside playing and having a good ole time. Makes me miss my grandkids so much. They all live out of state, so I don't get to see them as much as I want. Boy, Chloe has got an accent already and I think it is so cute.
