- A couple of weeks ago I spotted these colourful Head of a Moor vases in a window of a small shop. These were exactly the same Testa di Moro statues that were scattered around that fabulous Sicilian hotel in White Lotus season 2 and yeah, I guess, there was a hint at the beginning that it was an ominous figure in Italian folklore referencing an old tale of heartbreak and betrayal. In this video we find out what is the deal with those statues.

So fascinating. I always thought that Groot head planters were the thing but here is the real head planter that is not based on pop culture but local legend based on history.
